Well, the food is well above your usual Chipotle's. It's (the food) is not in line with with it's venue. If you enjoy Chipotle restaurant then you will be disappointed in Chipotle's after having dined at Ramiro's. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of it's venue. It is open air and their was a fly with a death wish that wouldn't give up wanting his fill of the deliciousness that is Ramiro's Cantina. I definitely will be returning for my cravings of authentic Mexican fare. I commend the owner/s for their dedication in providing the highest standard of not only their food but their staff. They were above and beyond and went the extra mile with friendliness and attentiveness to their customers requests. Thank you for a great dinner and hope that you seriously consider opening a high end enclosed facility with the best of furniture and decor to meet the same level that...

Ramiro’s used to be my favorite Mexican spot around. It has really gone down hill since they closed they Louisville location and relocated the Jeffersonville location. I thought this consolidation would create the best Ramiro’s possible, and sadly, that’s just not true. Last night, my friends and I went to Ramiro’s for dinner. The wait to be served was a little ridiculous considering we were the only ones in line, but I understood. I got my usual - chicken nachos with some toppings and it was delicious as usual. However, I woke up this morning at 1am to a churning stomach and have spent most of my day in the bathroom with food poisoning. At first I thought it wasn’t possible, Ramiro’s is the best. However, the exact same thing happened to my other 2 friends who ate there with me last night. Safe to say you’ve lost a very loyal customer and I will never be back....

I am a Louisiana girl with a traveler’s heart. I saw this restaurant and had to stop in for a bite. The location was great, within walking distance from the hotel. We decided to order To-Go lunch. The to-go person wanted to know about my online experience and how they could improve. The elote was a unique appetizer. The corn on the cob tasted a bit over cooked though. The guacamole/ salsa popped into my mouth with such a pleasant after taste A+. We ordered four different entrées Shrimp Taco Salad succulent, Carnitas Burritos a bit dry, Carne Asada Quesadilla perfect, and Birria Tacos missed the mark. I want to say it did not look like birria because they used flour not corn for the tortilla. The taste of the meat was perfect. To say the least it was close but no Birria Taco. I encourage you to look...

Not only does Ramiro’s Cantina have an awesome Taco Truck • I had the pleasure of eating some delicious tacos at their brick and mortar location in Jeffersonville, Indiana and got to meet Mama Tina the owner • Her story is like no other • I will be doing a future interview with Mama Tina so you can hear her story of survival and perseverance. Thank you for sharing your dream and delicious food ✌🏼❤️🌮 #foryoupage #fyp #tacotuesday #supportlocal #perserverance #tacos #indianatacos #cocinadetina #ramiroscantina

Still 2 years later it never disappoints. Ramiro's Cantina! What can I say. 4 years ago when I went to the Kentucky State Fare that was the first time I had Ramiro's Tacos. I was told that they smoke their brisket for hours to perfection in house. Last night I got to witness it for my self in Jeffersonville IN. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. Best of all I got to witness THE SMOKER where the brisket magic happens. I ate too much and you will too. It's delicious. Now Go and get you some Ramiro's.
