I was a loyal customer of this 7Brew location, visiting almost daily, until my experience on Saturday, February 15th. The staff working that morning were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I live in the apartment complex across the street, and at 5:50 am, the outdoor speakers were blasting music so loudly that it woke me and likely all of my neighbors. I drove over to the store and politely explained that the music was disturbing the residents of the apartment complex and asked if they could please turn it down. The employee I spoke to refused, responding with a dismissive "okay" and then laughing with the other employees. They clearly had no regard for the impact their actions were having on the community. This 7Brew location is new to the area, and this kind of behavior is appalling. It's 5:50 am on a Saturday – no one wants to be woken up by loud music, especially residents of a neighboring apartment complex. Is this a coffee shop or a nightclub? Is alienating the community you're trying to serve part of the business plan? I'm shocked by the poor judgment and even worse customer service. I was a frequent customer and intended to purchase another coffee, but after witnessing this display of entitled and mean-spirited behavior, I will not be returning. The employees involved in this incident clearly lack any understanding of basic customer service principles. I would give 0...
Read moreWent today around 11 and the customers are very disrespectful, and it is very hard to hear due to the load music they are playing. I have always gone to 7 brew at the broken arrow location and while in muskogee at that location. 7 brew has always been a place where all employees are having a good time and smiling and just enjoying working there but at this location every-time I have gone it seem to me that that these kids do not enjoy working and they definitely do not respect their customers. I have also seen the kids who work their on shift in their lanes vaping with someone else in their car and holding up the line so they could talk and F around...
Read moreThe great reviews trying to cover up WHAT YALL NEED TO FIX is kinda ridiculous….. TRAIN your employees to not jump out in front of cars. that was the FIRST thing i learned in training when new orleans opened. all your employees do is stand around and talk to each other or talk to other cars for an excessive amount of time during rush-hour in the morning. Basically, all of your employees are rude as well never seen a 7brew staff look so dreadful in my life… I say take the tax out of their pay again. They don’t seem to appreciate it that much lol. honestly restaffing the whole store would...
