We tried placing an order for this location through the website as it said they offered takeout and delivery orders but then this location came up saying it was unable to offer a pre-order takeout option so then we googled it and it does give you a number to call...that rings through to an unable to complete call message. We figured no biggie we will drive there and just get The site didn't say we would need masks to enter (and as mentioned before their listed number was invalid) so we arrive to find a notice on the door stating "by order of the mayor no one was allowed to enter without face masks" we weren't going to drive back and back again to accommodate. Tried a tshirt pulled over and a handkerchief just to get an order to go and were told no we need proper masks to be served. When I asked about the phone or ordering on the site they just repeated no service without mask. We were not trying to be rude or obstinate just trying to make do with not having proper masks handy. I just wanted to say how happy I am with the catering service I received from this location. I placed the order on Thursday to be delivered Friday at 11:30am. I called in Friday morning to confirm the order had been received and was told yes and everything I needed would be included. Shortly after, the same person I spoke with (Greg) calls and tells me that the Door Dash driver had not shown to pick up the order and it was getting close to my requested time. He immediately sprung into action, jumped in his car and delivered the order himself. I wanted the order at 11:30 and he only missed it (at no fault of his own) by 5 minutes. I was absolutely blown away by how professional he was and that he was willing to go out of his way to make sure I got my order on time. He even stayed to set it up for me!!!
