So today’s tale is all about when you make the mistake of seeing the drive-through jam packed and you think that going in will be faster. Well I’m here to tell you ladies and gentlemen it’s not any faster in fact they were probably 20 cars in the line for the drive-through and so I just thought hey the drive-through person is slow. Once I got inside there were about 10 people in the standing line ahead of me during my weight three of those people walked out and left.
Now this is your standard Tim Hortons small box chain it’s clean looks nice everyone’s pleasant and the pace of the staff was average.
I have to assume that they were understaffed by about three people today but then again as I said the pace of the staff was not a fast hustle it was just a cruising speed average pace.
The staff really were pleasant but you’re dealing with additional Covid regulations I guess so the cashier probably change gloves 20 times that I saw.
Bottom line Is it this place is OK but I will avoid it in the future just because it’s not fast food we could’ve sit down and eat in our food at Bob Evans in the time that it took to stand in line for 15 minutes in the store and get our food.
I don’t think that it was the staffs fault here I think they were understaffed by few employees today and they had probably held this pace consistently all morning long so the hustle was already...
Read moreI went in to get breakfast on Sunday morning with my fiancé and our 3 year old. It was by far the worst experience at Tim Hortons I have ever had. As soon as we walked in, two of the staff members were visibly in bad moods. The gentleman with long hair preparing the donuts was dropping “f” bombs and slamming stuff around. This type of behavior is unacceptable in front of anyone but especially in front of my 3 year old. When it was our time to order after a 15 minute wait (1 group of 2 in front of us) the lady taking our order was extremely rude. We waited at the register with no acknowledgement that someone would be with us for a few minutes and then I was the one asking how she was and her response was “what can I get you.” We placed our Tim Bit order and was told we could not order the ones we wanted even though they were in the display case. The lady taking our order told us those were just display donuts. But the previous party in front of us was able to order out of the “display only” case. They were also out of hash browns but offered no other options for the meal we were ordering. We ended up leaving because of the lack of items and the rude customer service. We will never go to this...
Read moreWe gave this place more than its fair chances. Last time was again bad enough for it to be the last time. This place is always out of food, donuts, etc. we wanted to enjoy the patio and upon trying to get our food, the door was locked. Someone came out and we asked why the door was locked and he told us it’s because they are understaffed. Just like that. A lot of people came and tried to open the door and upon learning it was locked left unhappy. I went to the drive through and had my family wait for me on the patio and it was very unwelcoming. The place overall was poorly kept as usually. I’m not sure if this is a franchise or not and regardless of that, as a business or business owner, I would be ecstatic to have people come in and would do anything to make them come back for repeat business. This particular place doesn’t seem to care about that. I’m tired of hearing that the restaurant business is hurting. Stop that. I tried to help you’re cause, as many other people did, and you rejected it. It’s pretty sad, because this is not the only restaurant we will avoid in the future. There are others on the “do not go”...
