ALDI — Local services in Jerome Township

I went in Saturday. There was one employee working the register and three on the floor “stocking”

I had an issue with the self checkout and the one employee running the register was visibly clearly overwhelmed, so I went to find another so he had a chance to clear his lane.

The employee I approached on the floor, when presented with my issue responded “go ask the guy up there” and pointed, then tried to walk away. I said there are like 15 people checking out, can you please come help? And she acted exasperated and came up to help.

A few seconds later the employee at the front called to ask for help, and they literally told him no and he could handle it.

I feel this was completely unacceptable and a bad look. I get the less employees less cost thing, but the ones there should be...

EVERYTHING you need for gross +++ the home. It's the best peaches I think i've ever put in my mouth from a jar, the same goes with the pickles. I find it is extremely difficult to find organic chips at any store, but I get them on a regular basis at Aldi's. The latte packets are absolutely delicious. I had a very poor customer service experience with a cashier named Sarah and the manager that was present on 12/30/22, unfortunately I did not get his name. Sarah was upset that she scanned an item that was not with the order. When my sister apologized three consecutive times. She proceeded to push the milk back and squish everything on the belt behind it clacking together glass bottles. She did not acknowledge what was being said to her.
