If you are looking for astronomically overpriced iced coffee, this is your place. The problem is no one is questioning why asking for less ingredients in a drink is more money. I don’t want whole milk in my drink, I want less fat and calories, so for that, I get charged an additional $1 to sub skim milk. The establishment is a cute idea and location, but not for that price. Not even Starbucks is this bad. I gave it a try twice and management has not fixed the problem. If we all would stop paying for these overpriced items, maybe there will be change. Otherwise, enjoy wasting your money on a chain store that seems to embrace price gauging. $10 for one drink is not worth it. Support local, New Grounds coffee just opened in downtown Plain City, I will be giving my money to them! Plain City Nutrition, Red Hen, and Drink Up, also downtown, have options! Travel just up the road a tad further for these options, as I will be doing...

This place is just amazing!! I visited for the first time wanting to get cake for mom's birthday. We don't generally do anything big for b'days, except eating cake for dessert. Henry was so nice and genuinely happy to help when I asked questions. He recommended the Mango Cloud cake or the Blueberry Yogurt cake according to my tastes. I got the Blueberry Yogurt Cake and 2 slices of the Mango cloud. Oh, it was unbelievably delicious! Mom was so glad we weren't just eating pure sugar as we would've with a regular cake since it was made with yogurt AND that it was scrumptious. The cake was also exactly what we had wanted as we don't like anything too sweet. Kudos to Henry for the perfect recommendation. If you haven't visited yet or are thinking on it, I would highly recommend!! Already told my family...

Tous le Jours is amazing, the pastries are plentiful, the atmosphere is very upscale, and the customer service is very personable. My only complaint is a big one though: their espresso is always burnt tasting. As an ex barista, I know that it can get really busy and taking the time to dial in the espresso can take another second you feel like you don't have when there's a rush, but it'd improve my entire experience here. I was so excited to finally have a nice espresso place in the area because all we have is Tim Horntons. But even in the most sweet drinks the espresso is bold and burnt. For me that takes it down two stars because all they serve for coffee is espresso based and I refuse to order their coffee now. The pastries are amazing though and I'm hoping to try the lunch...
