Coppertown Coffee and Gelato — Restaurant in Jerome

Stopped in the other day on a Thursday afternoon. The guy serving drinks was friendly and he made one of the BEST iced lattes I've had in a very, very long time! It seriously might be the best coffee I'd ever tasted. For comparison, I drink iced coffee that I make or from other shops almost daily. It tasted like a perfectly iced white mocha with an extra shot of espresso, but I didn't even ask for an extra shot. It was just that delicious. My sister got an iced chai and he was nice to accommodate her requests for the drink. She drank the entire thing before we got back to the car haha. We want to go back to Jerome specifically for this coffee! And of course we have to try the gelato next time, it looked simply amazing....

Can't speak for the coffee and Gelato, but we were browsing through the tshirt shop. I couldn't find the size of the shirt I liked, so I was looking at the size of the same shirt in the display window. The kid at the register states " Don't pull on the display". No offer to help, no common courtesy. Incredibly rude. I'm an Arizona native, I've NEVER experienced this lack of hospitality or customer service in Jerome. This was Monday, September 23rd, 2024 at 1230. I absolutely did not "pull" on the stick that was holding the tshirt. We left. Won't be back. He could care less...lol. This place needs WAY more attention! Our family walked in here for mochas and hot chocolates on a cold, balmy day. We had our socks knocked off!!! BEST COFFEE DRINK EVER! And I'm extremely picky with my espresso drinks! My husband and I split the Mayan Mocha w/ soy. It was SO good, and we both knew we didn't want to share just one cup, so we got a second one! Our kiddos were thoroughly impressed with their soy hot chocolates as well...they were creamy, the soy wasnt burnt, and the chocolate flavor was amazing! I wish they were closer to our home, because it would be my new favorite local...
