Desert Grave Espresso — Restaurant in Jerome

Unbelievable little gem. I’ve been everywhere and live in coffee shops but this random little shop down these barely visible stairs has the best espresso variants AND matcha (organic) I’ve ever seen in america. Globally he’s still top tier.

This guy bought every piece of equipment quite thoughtfully and makes his own sweeteners (organic cane sugar + whatever flavoring) to where there’s no junk in it. He makes each drink correctly so it takes some time but the difference it makes it quite clear.

No one does these things in the US to this level, except this guy. And it’s only $5 for pretty...

Great place to get an unconventional, yet delicious, coffee or tea! The handmade syrups are fantastic and the pricing model is refreshingly simple compared to bigger chains.

It's a hand pressed espresso machine, so it will take a little longer to make, but in the meantime you can peruse the locally made goods and pottery... or, if you're musically inclined, grabbing one of the guitars off the wall and jamming is more than welcome! Super cute coffee shop tucked away in the motor co. building in Jerome. The owners were friendly and welcoming with a smile. I ordered a lavender latte and it came with a nice little chocolate espresso bean on top!

Sometimes lavender can be tricky and taste like soap or fragrance but this latte was spot on, I only wish I had ordered a bigger one.

The decor in the shop was cozy and cool, and there were lots of interesting items to purchase like teas and handmade goods. Looking forward to visiting...
