ABI'S PASTA — Restaurant in Jersey City

New food truck in town! I just had a full plate of pasta from a new food truck I came across in Paterson, and wow, everything was so good! The pasta was freshly hand-made from scratch, and the sauce was super flavorful. The tiramisu? Creamy, sweet, and just the perfect way to finish off the meal.

The owner was really friendly, and the service was fast, which is always a win when you're on the go. If you're tired of classics like shawarma, kebabs, lahmacun, pizza, etc. and are looking for quick, delicious homemade-style pasta, Abi’s Pasta...

Abi was set up the other night in Jersey City Heights, right next to Riverview Park.

I took a chance on his fresh, handmade pasta with Alfredo sauce—and I’m glad I did. The pasta was tender, the sauce was rich and creamy, and the small dollop of pesto on top added the perfect kick. A bit of fresh mozzarella melted into it, pulling everything together beautifully.

I ate right there in the park, with a killer view of the city skyline. Great food, great vibe—definitely...

Some of the very best pasta I have ever had. Got a sample of the pesto & tomato sauce and had to come back for a full meal. The bolognese sauce with the crispy onions topping was delicious from start to finish. Everything was fresh and the textures were on point. If you're in the area you need to try it!

EDIT: I forgot about the tiramisu, which was also lovely! I do not drink coffee but I can enjoy a tiramisu and this was creamy...
