Guys- NONE OF YA’LL ORDER FROM THIS HOPELESS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST HOPELESS OUTLETS OF BDUBS AND ITS A DISGRACE TO THE BRAND BECAUSE OF THE STAFFF THEY HAVE HERE. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

FIRST OF ALL NO PROPER STAFF TRAINING SECOND OF ALL NEVER IN A STAGE OF ACCEPTING MISTAKES AND GET IT RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER. EVEN TODAY (updated on Aug 26) - I CALLED AND TOLD TO MAKE MODIFICATIONS IN THE ORDER, DESPITE CALLING THEM THEY DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, AND INSTEAD THE USELESS IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF THE MAN IS ARGUING IM DEMANDING A REFUND. DUDE? DO YOU EVEN SEE THE BLUNDER YOU HAVE MADE FROM YOUR END CANT YOU FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS EVEN AFTER THE CUSTOMER CALLED AND TOLD YOU? FIRST EVEN LOOK INTO THE HYGIENE OF YOUR STORE, SECOND OF ALL THE MANNERLESS IRRESPONSIBLE STAFFF THERE, GETTING OFFENDED FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT THE BLUNDERS THEY MADE NOW AND PREVIOUSLY, DONT YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO ACCEPT IT AND IMPROVE YOURSELF? We finally have a legit brand wings spot in Journal Square!

This spot just opened up in Dec 2024, replacing the Taco Bell that was once there while retaining the same interior design.

Although it is a "Go" location, mainly for pickup and delivery, there is indoor seating with about 4 tables inside for dine-in. There are only a few staff members at this location, so don't expect any waiter service.

If you ever had Buffalo Wild Wings before, it's a chain, so the taste is standard across their restaurants.

I tried a special pickup offer that included 4 orders of boneless wings with fries for $17. The Nashville hot sauce was the best and won over the original buffalo sauce in terms of heat. The sweet BBQ was good and the spicy garlic was just OK.

The chicken pieces were a bit small but since the package came with 20 boneless wings, I was satisfied.

The fries were good, they came in a large service and were seasoned lightly. The veggies on the side were very small services. Although they looked a bit dry, they tasted good.

Using one box with unsecured walls inside to separate each set of wings made a bit of a mess. But at least the preparers got the order correctly.

Overall, the food was solid and on par with the taste and quality you would expect from a to-go. Although they weren't the best wings I've had they are 4-star worthy; I'd surely order again as long as the price...

Second time at this location and I got to say the food is great. What I didn’t like is that it’s only the nature of the business that your hands are going get dirty because of the sauces, so napkins are needed. For two orders of 20 wing’s I got three napkins. For two orders of potato wedges, I got two packs of ketchup. I asked for more napkins and only got two more. I asked for more ketchup and only got one more.
