Crumbly Cookies Co. — Restaurant in Jersey City

EDIT: They were so uncooked, I had to bake them for 10 minutes myself. I want my money back!

I recently ordered from what I thought was Crumbl Cookies through Uber Eats, but it turns out I was mistaken. This was my second time ordering from this place. The first time, I got a jumbo triple chocolate cookie, a small chunky chocolate cookie, and a red velvet cookie. They were okay nothing spectacular but edible with milk and satisfied my sugar craving. I assumed maybe I had chosen the wrong cookies, considering my initial mix-up with Crumbl.

Craving something sweet again, I placed another order, this time choosing three jumbo triple chocolate cookies. Unfortunately, these were a major letdown. The cookies tasted like raw cookie dough and were so underbaked that they couldn’t even be dunked in milk. It’s disappointing because the same cookie I ordered yesterday had a nice shape with crisp edges, perfect for dunking. Today’s batch was just a soft, doughy mess with no consistency in the recipe.

The drastic difference between the two orders tells me a lot about the inconsistency in their baking process. I expected better, especially after a decent...

Nutella sandwich is least least LEAST favourite because it is not a cookie its like a biscuit and very dry one , very hard as a brick -there is not enough filling and on the other hand other cookies like strawberry, birthday one even coconut one are kind of soft and much gooier as one cookie should be , but the frosting is not a butter cream frosting its just a vanilla frosting with the same taste on top of every cookie especially no difference between strawberry one and coconut one - just sprinkles on top. although for overall taste i would give it a 2/5 in comparison to the price because you are not getting what you actually expect at much...

We finally decided to try this local cookie shop after seeing it on Uber Eats so many times, and wow—what a fantastic decision! Our order arrived super fast (shoutout to the Uber Eats driver, too!), and the cookies were absolutely delicious. We got the red velvet, Nutella cookie, caramel drizzle, and the strawberry cupcake, and let me tell you… that strawberry cupcake cookie was out of this world! We were all obsessed.
