Just renewed my lease. I greatly appreciate being able to live on my own and commute to NYC. The concept is interesting and convenient. Perfect for one person who doesn’t need a lot of stuff. Ninja foodie is my oven, but it was pretty much the same story before moving in. I don’t feel like I’m living without. I even have a little dishwasher that fits on the counter and has its own water tank so it doesn’t have to attach to anything. It fits one of the cabinets for storage. Rent is all-inclusive, so you know exactly what to expect each month. Laundry is through an app that gives an option to play games for credits. You can see the Statue of Liberty from the roof, which is always a nice view. Flip Sigi keeps me in the loop with their new dishes and is generous with $5 coupons if you sign up for texts. If you want something healthier Rositah’s Yah down the block is very good. I’ve only had to call maintenance for one minor thing and the issue was fixed within about a day. I haven’t used the community room, but the gym has all you need for standard workouts. I’m a treadmill and weights person, myself. I do understand both sides of the summer rooftop party debate, it’s been every other weekend which does start to feel excessive. I also don’t know what the security situation is. I am pretty sensitive to noise, but haven’t heard the music be too loud and appreciate that they are respectful in turning it off at 10pm. I also have noise cancelling ear muffs if I ever need zero sound, something I purchased long before moving here, so the situation hasn’t...
Read moreI had a terrible experience with customer service. Jerlyn, who contacted me via email, was very rude and unprofessional in his communication. I repeatedly asked him if I could book a tour to visit the apartments, but instead of addressing my request, he engaged in arguments about irrelevant topics. To this day, he has not provided a date for me to schedule a tour. I was eager to see the place to proceed with the booking process, but Mr. Jerlyn made it impossible for me. Nobody answers your call. No front desk if you...
