Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jersey City

Yesterday, 9/19/2023, I went to this Dunkin' Donut. I was surprised by the worst service ever at Dunkin'. The lady Her name is Amal and the manager, Hassanein, is not suitable for any job or deal with any customer. I called Amal on television with harsh words and insults. They took the line and don't know how to use coupons, so I ordered. You don't know how to make flowers, and when we spoke to the manager, he hurled curses and insults at me and my son, and they took the money, I did not take the offer What happened in that store from Dunkin' has never happened to me before. I hate employees cursing customers with the filthiest words. I will escalate this matter to another level because these people should be punished for this...

Use to be my top Dunkin to go to. But more recently I would say within the last 4 months (July 2021- now) it has gone downhill. First off the staff is miserable, and just depressing. And I was charged .50 cents (by an older guy) after he scanned my free beverage rewards coupon, from my app. This is the only Dunkin that I have ever experienced that! I don’t know what’s going on with this one lady that works there, but she is just always sad. Anyone can walk in there and you will know who I’m talking about. this place is disgusting and the workers are very disrespectful, if someone accidentally orders the wrong drink they are supposed to refund them or politely change the order but instead they talk crap behind the counter, and make your re order the entire drink, there's always homeless people in and out of the store. Its not clean where they make your food its horrible do no order here driving a couple more min to get to the one on central ave is way better.
