Worse customer service. Your morning staff today are really rude. The cashier with the pink hair and sir who wears the little black hat very rude.I understand it’s busy but i ordered at 934am this morning through the app and did not leave the store until 10am. When I tried to address the person in the front (pink hair) that I was only waiting for my drink she gave me an attitude and said her drink orders were up to the register. Understandable but at no moment did I speak to her rudely so her attitude was uncalled for. Then this guy in the hat comes and I simply asked if my drink might be with the mobile orders since there is a sign that says “mobile order pick up” this guy looks at me and gives me a sassy answer that those were Uber orders as if I should somehow know that. When I asked for a refund because at this point I’m late for work, he says I have to do it through the app. Again, I wasn’t rude or raised my my voice but basically the staff here is useless. For the amount of time I was there, the only person I saw being nice to ppl was the lady making the drinks, which I would think would be the one that should be stressed instead of Ms. Pink hair who was only at the register and ignoring customers when they would ask for there orders and Mr. Hat who was calling ppl out after their drinks were sitting there for 10 mins and watered down so excuse me if I thought my drink might be in the “Uber” orders.
