I rarely do bad reviews on this platform however I feel as if this one really needs to be addressed. I am not sure if it is a staffing issue or a management issue however I had a very terrible experience in this Wendy's. When I rolled over to the window and obtained my food I went to check if the order was correct as anyone would, and I didn't take too long to notice that we were missing one order of medium fries. Then the Wendy's worker in the window said to keep moving up ahead to check my food, but again it didn't even take me few seconds to notice I was missing something. So then I told the worker that we were missing medium fries and then he responds in an angrily tone, "bruh you didn't even check the bag." And I responded saying, " I just did." I handed the bag over back to him and he snatches it off my hands. He then goes back to the kitchen and adds the missing item that I pointed out, throws the bag back to me and slams the window shut. I was very surprised to see that kind of reaction in a customer service facility. I understand that everyone has their bad days, but you should not have that attitude towards your customers and I believe this Wendy's needs to be looked over. And not only that, but the burgers I received were the wrong ones. So not only did my family and I experience terrible customer service, but we also lost money from getting the wrong orders. Read moreThis is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever gone to placed an order I had to wait 30 minutes after they told me to park watched multiple people go in and out of this drive through lady came out after I called the store and said it was coming out if that was my order, she said no. I said you don't have this order. She said no and just walked in and ignored me . The fact that i literally had to drive up to the drive through once again to get the order after 35 minute. Meanwhile, all you can do is smell weed. Rolling out of the establishment window think they need to fire the empty staff and start over. I wish I can give Location negative stars if possible. the sad thing is, it was over 20 people there. Also having to wait and walk up to the window to get the food after they told them to park and they would bring it to them. Read moreI have ordered from this location for years because of it's close proximity to my home and they are just awful. I have to check my order at the window every time because the orders are never right. Today, I ordered 4 drinks, and was only provided 2 straws when I asked for them after I explained my order was incomplete. When I got home, I realized I was still missing 2 straws. I also ordered chili, cheese and onion fries only to get home and find a baked potato. The workers are completely unprofessional and you should expect at least part of your order to be wrong 80% of the time. Today, when I arrived at the window there was VERY loud arguments going on in the restaurant. I could not tell if it was amongst the employees or with customers bc they kept the window closed for most of the wait, but in either event, it is something of concern. If employees are too busy arguing with each other or customers, how will they ever get your order right? Clearly there needs to be a better management presence...
