Dear 7 Brew Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an unfortunate experience I had at one of your locations on July 9th, 2025, at approximately 6:34 AM.
As a regular customer, I ordered my usual—a white chocolate mocha, 1/4 sweet. The drink was handed to me by an employee named Sam, but the lid was not properly secured, causing it to spill all over my shirt, car, and pants.
What disappointed me more than the spill itself was the lack of urgency or concern displayed. I had torequest napkins myself to begin cleaning up the mess. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I spoke with the on-site manager, who apologized and informed me that the drink would be refunded. However, upon reviewing my transaction, the refund appears to have been issued to a different card, and I’m still uncertain whether it was processed correctly.
The manager provided me with this email and mentioned I would receive a follow-up call from the regional team, but I have yet to be contacted.
While I appreciate the offer of a refund, I do not believe it adequately addresses the situation. The experience left me frustrated, delayed, and out of pocket—not just financially but in terms of time and inconvenience. More importantly, I am concerned about how we can prevent similar incidents from happening again to me or other customers.

They are little hard workers and some more than others lol but my FAVORITE ALL TIME FAVORITE is none other than lil Ms. Samantha aka Sam!! I train salespeople for a living and have been In that environment for years!! She like a lot of these babies are naturally introverted by nature and sometimes a little socially awkward when in front of people and I can see it all over their faces!! None more than Ms Samantha…she swallows her fears everyday and continues to show up!! Not by being fake or something she is not, but by being her genuine true self!! I love this! I would rather have that, than someone fake putting on a fake hello and smile!! If you are lucky enough to get a little smirk or smile from her you can bet without a doubt it’s 100 percent real!! Just a beautiful soul that probably gets misunderstood or even overlooked!! This whole team is full of little introverted kids who show up everyday with a brave face !! They all were wonderful young ladies, with lovely energy and passionate to take care of you with your order. I love that they enjoy their job, so the way they took care of my family and I was great! Paris was the one who gave me and my family nice recommendations. Her energy and attitude was super hype, that it lifted my day even more after I got out of church. She also allowed me to edit the ingredients of my drink without hesitation, so I could enjoy it to my liking. She also blessed me with a Christmas gift, and that brought me a lot of joy. I know for a fact I'm going to be returning here a lot more, and I hope I get attended more by Paris and her great team I met today I know this is such a long essay already, but yup I'm being boldly honest and I had an awesome experience today.
