UPDATE: 10-1-2024 There is Always an issue there in the evening. When I go during the day its not a problem and the staff are very nice and professional. But when its after 9pm is the problem. Lazy employees... They take your order at the drive-thru but when I go up to the window they tell me they don't have anything I ordered. What the heck!!!! Then why the crap did you take it in the first place????????? I'm told we don't have any chicken. You're a dang chicken restaurant so why don't you have chicken and why are you staying open AND taking my order that is even more STUPID AND RIDICULOUS!!!!

Drove up at 9:47 and no one said at thing at the drive-thru. I yelled and yelled and still nothing. Blew my horn a few time and no one said anything. I drove up to the window and no one was there. I blew the horn twice still no one. All the lights are in and even the POS system and all the signs and everything. Made me think people were screwing around in the back or getting robbed. I waited at least 10 to 12 minutes thinking something was wrong and a lady walks up to the window asking what I wanted. I said well I've been here a while trying to order and thought something was wrong. She said "We are closed". I said how can you be closed when Google says you close at 11pm. She said they close at 10pm. I said well I've been here plenty of time before you closed AND I called your phone number 4 times and no one answered. She didn't believe me so I showed her Google and the phone number and how many times I called. I then said look behind me I'm not the only one in line thinking you're open. She then just said well what do you want to order and you're the last person I'm helping I'm closing.
I ordered she asked me to pull up while I waited for my food. It took literally 20 minutes more to get anything. My drink wasn't even full it was less than 3/4. At least the order was correct but that sure was a crappy experience. What a shame this location needs to get it together. You close early way before the time you should and keep all the lights on as if you're open AND have your hours posted that you close at 11pm but end up closing at 9:45pm.    Read moreStopped by on Ash Wednesday around 8:45pm and ordered a shrimp box with a side of rice/beans. Took about 5 minutes to get my order since I was the only one in the drive thru. I paid and drove home. When I get home I open the box and noticed I had 3 pieces of fried chicken wings. I had to drive back to the location to get my order corrected because I clearly said shrimp, paid for shrimp and my receipt said shrimp, so I get to the location and the lobby was closed, they apparently close it by 9pm. I noticed there was a customer still inside and I signal her to get the manager, which she did, but no one bothered to opened the door! I kept knocking and an employee came to the door to let me know that I had to go through the drive thru even though I wanted to return the order I had received, anyways, after arguing with his manager back and for, he decides to let me in. I walked in and the manager did not acknowledge me nor said one word. She's an older African American woman, I forgot her name, anyways, I tell her that I had ordered shrimp and got chicken and I quickly noticed her attitude, like it was my fault. I gave her the box and my receipt, she grabs the bag with an attitude, which is obvious, and starts hollering to the cook, "where's the shrimp?" Well sitting on the counter under the heat lamp for over 20 minutes, apparently!!! I'm not bother by the mistake, we are all human, I'm more pissed at the fact that she, as the manager on duty didn't apologized nor said a damn word!!! Especially cause she was the one that was filling the orders in the first place!!! She's unprofessional, rude and apparently courtesy is not one of her skills!!!    Read moreI went today and ordered 4 strawberry cream pies and 2 apple pies. You get a 2 pies for $2.99. When I got to the window she only rung up 2 SC and 2 A. I told her that I ordered 4 SC and 2 A. Then when I checked my receipt she had rung up 3 x 2 SC and 2 A. I had to call her back to the window and tell her that she charged me for 6 SC when I only wanted 4. She called her manager and her manager refunded me for the 2 additional in error. (Thank you manager.) The manager brings my total of 6 pies to my vehicle. When I got home, since my sister does not like cream cheese, I gave her the ones marked as apple. I got the ones that said âspecialityâ. I took a bite in the first one, you donât get to the filling until about halfway. It was apple. I ate the second one, it was apple. The third was SC and the fourth was apple. Now my sister who doesnât like cream cheese and hers were marked as apple were SC. This is such a mess and UNACCEPTABLE!! When customers come to patronize your establishment, they want what they order to be correct!! People donât have time to drive way back there to get their order right! My sister could have been allergic to either strawberries or cream cheese (in which some people are) and you CARELESSLY and RECKLESSLY marked them INCORRECTLY!
