Smoothie King — Restaurant in Texas

I explicitly stated I wanted a protein WITHOUT SUCRALOSE! The girl says I suggest this and that and I order. My stomach feels off as it always does with sucralose and I get home and google gladiator protein Smoothie King and one of the first ingredients listed is sucralose. These people have no idea how an ingredients list works and they tried to argue with me the flavors and the add ins like the fruit was the “ingredients”. This place is a joke as any sort of health joint. I included a picture of smoothie kings gladiator protein from their own website. This is the INGREDIENTS LIST of the actual protein. Not the add ins in the smoothie. Don’t confidently tell your customers the things listed in the smoothie order are the protein ingredients when it is not. I will never return to any smoothie king anywhere. Imagine confidently suggesting a shake to someone who just said they don’t sucralose in the protein, to casually admit you had no idea what that was when the person calls later. The staff...

I usually have a pretty good experience at smoothie king. The smoothie was good, but apparently this location has a regular customer that supersedes any other customer. I'm a regular smoothie king customer, just not at this location. I came in placed my order and the young lady started making it, no big deal. The "regular" came in and the other girl started her "regular beverage" after mine was finished on the blender. Then proceeded to ring her up while mine was just sitting in the cup (ready to drink) and I was just waiting while they chatted for a moment. The girl then tried to ring me up while she was still chatting with the regular. The situation made me feel unappreciated as a customer.

Update: Went back for another smoothie and one of the leaders brought up my review that I have left. She apologized for what had happened and said that they were correcting that behavior. Smoothie was great and...

Costumer service is not the best except for one girl. This biggest concern is the smoothies are very inconsistent. I get the same smoothie every time and depending on who makes it, the smoothie will be different. Only one girl correctly makes the Slim n trim how I ordered it. All the other times the smoothies taste horrible; at this point it is just frustrating and disappointing. The irony is, this is the only location where something like this happens.
