A couple years ago, I stopped by this location to order a pizza to go. It was reasonably quick, and very good. A couple months ago, I called in an order to pick up. I went to get it about the time they said it would be done. When I walked in, I saw one person working there. My pizza was not ready, so I sat down to wait. Right after I came in, another customer came in and his order wasn't ready. It seemed to me they were just putting it in, and I waited long enough for mine that they must have been putting mine in right then, too. It took an incredibly long time for me to get my pizza.
The next time I ordered from that location was a week or so ago. I called in to order and asked what specials they had for a large pizza with wings. The person who answered didn't seem to understand what I was asking, and asked if I wanted the special. I said no, I was wanting to know what specials they had. At that point, she mumbled something about no specials, or something like that, and when I asked her again, she stated "I don't know. I am unable to answer that question". I couldn't believe she would say that. Then I asked her how much the wings were, and she was able to quickly give me the prices for all the sizes. But then the unprofessional-ism came back....I simply asked her "How much is a large 2-topping pizza?" - That simple...and she said "Let me put you on hold" I couldn't believe she could tell me the wings prices, but couldn't even tell me the price of a large 2-topping pizza. I held for about 4-5 more minutes, and then hung up.
I then called another location about the same distance from my house, got great and very quick service, placed my order, and was VERY happy about the food. It was ready when I got there, and when I complimented them on the service and explained about the service at this location, the lady working there told me that just a few minutes earlier, another person had told them the same thing about this location.
Summary: I am willing to give any location a couple chances - having worked in retail in the past, I know that these things can happen from time to time. But the overall service I received at this location was bad enough that I will never go back...and I recommend others look into a different...
Read moreI placed the order at around 5:30. The website stated that the order would be ready in 25-30. After waiting about 25 minutes, I checked the order tracker that your website provides and it said that my order was completed and ready to be picked up. My wife and I left the house at 5:55 and arrived at the store location shortly before 6:00. I informed the young man at the counter that I was there to pick up my order and he went back to look for it. After checking all of the carryout orders, he returned empty-handed and asked if I had paid for my order already. I told him that I had paid already and he went back into the kitchen area. While he was in the kitchen, I overheard him speaking to a young lady about my order. I heard him say that my pizza never got made and that he needed her to make me a new one. She said that she would and that she would make it a large to make up for the tardiness. The young man then returned to the front counter and, without any explanation, told me that my order would be "out in a second." It did not take a second. I waited in the store for 20 minutes for them to make my pizza, all the while watching my wings and dessert getting cold in the carryout window. When I finally received my order, I saw that my pizza was a medium as I had ordered and not the large I was supposedly being upgraded to. I felt helpless because I couldn't just walk out as I had prepaid. It is completely unacceptable that a simple carryout order would take 50 minutes...
Read moreI called in on May 2, 2020 and the phone representative Brittany was very rude. She fast talked me and did not even take my name for my order. I payed cash for my food upon delivery arrival. And the driver Andrew acted as if I did not have the money to pay for my food. He stood at my door as if he was prepared to fight me over the food. Then I asked for a receipt. And they did not provide me with a receipt. The driver told me he would text me a picture of my receipt. I called back only for the phone representative Brittany to get an attitude with me. I don’t even know if her name was Brittany but that’s the name that she gave me when i called. The phone representative was a Hispanic woman. And the driver was a Asian man. And he wore a mask covering his entire face practically. I could barely identify him. But the phone representative told me if I wanted my receipt that I needed to drive there and get my receipt. Both the driver and the phone representative were rude to me. Because the driver was telling me how Dominoes wants to save as much money as possible and they don’t give receipts to people who pay with cash. The phone rep hung up in my face, when I called back asking why did i not receive a receipt in the first place. And how was i to know the policy if i don't eat there often. I was not able to identify whether or not i was ripped off or anything. I will never order here again. My pizza was also wet...
