This place was filthy! I pass this location often and was highly anticipating the opening of this place, I was really excited about it. When I walked in today, for the first time; the first thing I noticed was how the trash was overflowing in the trash bins. All of the tables in the dining room were dirty and had trash left on them.

When I approached the counter and began to place my order, the person that assisted me at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. This was the second red flag.

After I placed my order and received the cup for my fountain drink, I noticed when I went over to the drink counter it was full of trash, spills, and had not been cleaned. I sat down to eat and had to clean my own table. I first had to choose which of the dirty tables was the least dirty then proceeded to clean the table I chose myself.

The wings were ok. Not delicious but not bad either. They served my French fries in one of their Fountain drink cups, not sure why but that’s what they served my fries in. My cheese sticks had ZERO cheese in them when they served them to me. There was nothing but the hollow shell with no cheese. I returned them.

Other guest we’re coming in completing amongst each other about how dirty the establishment was. The food wasn’t good enough to make up for these kinds of mistakes. I was totally disappointed in my experience today especially after highly anticipating its opening.

The service was bad, the food was bad, the place was filthy and the customer service was subpar. I won’t be returning.

It was hard to start this review with a 3 star but it was a compromise with my better half. My husband indicated that his meal was a solid 5 stars (he got the old school). It was cooked well and had a great flavor. I got the buffalo chicken and if I could have given this a zero I would have. The chicken was dry and the buffalo sauce was too hot to eat (yes I love spicy), it was the messiest thing I have ever seen with sauce dripping literally everywhere. Sadly there was very little chicken to soak up that mess. The flavor was awful and the sandwich was made with the wrong toppings (we were the only customers so kind of shocked it was so wrong). I trashed it after eating only a few bites. Now the old school fries....please don't waste your time with these. We both admitted that these were the worst fries we have ever had. The toppings and the type of fry just don't belong together. I know you are thinking, what about the staff? They really need an adult there and they really need to know what they are doing. It was just sad that they looked lost. My husband had to turn on the drink machine with the key that was sticking out the side because that had not even been done. Needless to say I personally...

Service via drive through was great. Very friendly and fast service. The fries were non-remarkable but tasted ok with the perfect amount of salt. The wings were either over cooked or if that's per recipe not good in my opinion. The skin was crunchy in some parts and soft in other parts. The meat was very dry and a little chewy. I will never order wings from here again. The sauce however was superb... Very tasty and spicy buffalo sauce and the BBQ sauce was fantastic! We also ordered a 'chicken' buffalo sandwich. Once again the sauce was great, however the chicken tasted more like pulled pork than actual chicken & it was shredded vs stripped or whole like other buffalo sandwiches I've had. The bread was good though as it was close to a French bread... Crispy on outside and soft in the middle. Overall: the sauces, sides, & condiments were good, however the cooked meat products were very sub-par and wanting. For these reasons I will not revisit and cannot recommend...
