Drinks are great and customer service is good too. My friends and I enjoy coming here.

The reason why I give 3 stars is because the lack of attention to details. The first unpleasant visit was a while back, I came wanting to order about 20 drinks for my staff about 10 or 15 mins after opening, and they said the boba was not ready yet; if I wanted boba I had to wait over 30 minutes. The second time was last night when my friends and I came at 8.30pm and they close at 9.30pm and yet again, they were running out of boba. And I asked why they said because it was cold so they thought it was not gonna be busy so they wouldn’t make that much??? Hmmmm why would I go get boba tea at a boba tea place and it always seems like yall never have enough boba?

I love the one in bellaire but I work in the Woodlands so sometimes I stop by this location on my way home. However, this is the last time I come here. I ordered green milk tea which I meant jasmine green tea+ milk. I always get the same thing everywhere I go. But the staffs here gave me THAI GREEN MILK TEA and argued with me that I ordered it. Then another girl asked me” Do you mean jasmine green tea?” I said yes and thought they eventually understood me but nope. They gave me just only JASMINE GREEN TEA no MILK. The Taro here is fantastic—probably the best outside of Bellaire. However, the portion sizes are misleading. I’ve noticed that their 24oz drinks never seem to be a full 24oz, so I decided to measure for myself. I ordered a 24oz drink with no ice, and it only came out to under 12oz. At $7.31 per drink, (after tax) that’s over $0.61 per sip—way overpriced for what you’re actually getting. Essentially, when you order a "large," you’re receiving less than half of what’s advertised.
