I have been visiting here for years. Over a decade. Usually food is decent, nice atmosphere, & freindly owner. Yesterday, I went & something felt off. No customers, no staff, just the owner. It didn't matter, we decided to stay. The owner brought out chips as we had already ordered our food, we requested more chips because the chips tasted old, some fresh, like they had been mixed with what tasted store bought. Wheb he brought more out. I told my sister, stop eating them. These chips have dried up sauce on them, meaning these are used chips off a table. I was immediately sick to my stomach. We wanted to immediately leave but he brought our food. The food was below average. Again, we have been coming here for over a decade and felt we would discuss with the owner. Upon leaving, I noticed my baby's cup (he hadn't touched or drunk any) had refried beens under the top. We addressed it to the owner, along with the reused chips, and just everything wasn't great. He didn't apologize or deny anything. The only thing he said was, once it comes out the kitchen, it is on you. A dirty top to a kid's drink that never was touched? No sir, I explained I didn't mind paying but he needed to fix my child another drink. He asked where was it dirty. I said under the bottom in the inside of the drink. No way was my child drinking that, & he hadn't touched it nor had any beans. He was unapologetic and said I will refix it. He fixed it over & gave it back, & asked was this top clean. I took it & notice a small amount of beans on that top as well. I just left. Feeling sick to my stomach because I knew he was cutting corners especially with giving us chips others hadn't eaten. Last night I came down with what appears to be a cold. I never had a bad experience @ this place, but this experience was the worse I have experienced in life. If he is struggling that bad, he needs to restructure or close, but to give his consumers food that has been exposed to others is absolutely disgusting and not want to correct anything like filthy is major. I will never go back, and its so unfortunate, because it use to be great. I couldn't believe the owner act in that manner. He is definitely struggling to stay open, but to behave in this manner, is unacceptable and he won't last much longer. I hope these symptoms get better. I...

I ordered the Chicken Verdes enchiladas and there were not one, not two, but FOUR bones that were in the first half of the single enchilada I was eating. I approached the manager and all he said to me was "Well you're still talking to me now, aren't you?" So the whole didn't kill you scenario was his cop out excuse.

I was appalled. I don't do this. I don't complain at restaurants because I know the service industry. I didn't do it with the expectation of getting my food comped, just to let him know this isn't good for business and general health concerns, but he was very rude when I even tried to simply talk about it saying "if a chicken doesn't have bones, is it a chicken?" Which is fair, but not in my enchiladas which I don't wanna choke on? He just tried to make it seem like I was being unreasonable in my claims when no, it was FOUR bones I found in one single enchilada on the plate.

He sent us a round of tequila to make up for it but does it really? If I hadn't noticed them and picked out the bones, would I have choked? Who knows but he shouldn't have been so nonchalant about it.

Otherwise, the service wasn't bad. Our waiter was very apologetic but the manager tried to make me feel stupid for complaining about FOUR bones in one single enchilada which is frankly...

Awful place. Avoid at all costs! Ordered from there a few times when we first moved to this area and food was not good so quit eating there. Today we decided to just order chips and salsa to go since the storm has everything else either shut down or without food. They couldn't even get that right. First of all gave us the wrong change back and just decided on their own to keep a almost $2 tip on a $7 check. Then charged us $3 for a side of grilled onions and $4 for chips and salsa. Looked at the order and the size of the containers for salsa were literally maybe a 1/4 of a cup. When I went back in to voice my opinion on charging way too much for the size they give you, the very unprofessional, manager said that he didn't appreciate basically me complaining and told me to call my congressman with my complaint. Zero customer service and unbelievably rude. I can't believe this person has any kind of management power. What a trashy person and a trashy place. Stay away if you want good food and to be treated like an appreciated, PAYING customer. NEVER AGAIN. This place just got the last money they will ever get out of me and I feel sick they got that. And I will make SURE I...

Went to this place tonight and the food was not so good not to mention they had a 14 year old kid serving tables and a 18 year old girl serving alcohol I wonder what a TBAC sting would do to this business.... I ordered some nachos and my friend ordered a torta and we also order a Quesadilla to share and it was not good so I asked my server can she take this off my bill and she said no but we can take it to go and I asked her why and she said because we ate one piece and it’s no way they can Re-Use it or Re-Sale it and I asked for her manager which happens to be the owner and he said the same thing ..... I’m pissed that he would even tell me about Reselling any food that a customer already has had or touched.....think twice before eating here that’s all I have to say I’m calling the department of heath tomorrow morning this is unacceptable

I went with a group of about 10 people. They had a live band, we ordered food and drinks. Fajitas had a really good flavor, it was odd not to get a tortilla with the fajitas, but it was fine, but I never got my borracho beans in place of the refried beans that I had asked for. The chicken on the salad had a flour taste and was very thin chicken. They were so busy. Needed more servers. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks when we wanted more, but they put them on our tab, so that was OK. The band was good, they charged $10 on top of the tab for being there. The dancing area was just right. We had a great time. They have smoking in the bar area, which can come into the restaurant, I didn’t like that. Bathroom was very clean.
