Krazy Seafood — Restaurant in Jersey Village

We have tried this place twice! First time we ate in the restaurant, the server and the food were delicious! My husband loved the wings, we had catfish, the quesadillas and 6 lbs of crawfish. So we planned to come back for their Monday wing special. This time we Order to go inside the restaurant, the server/cashier was rude and got an attitude because the happy hour special online is $5.99 for crawfish and the in house happy hour special is $8.99 for crawfish. She rudely walked off instead of giving us our receipt and adding our drinks. I asked the server why the price difference, I was told that online is for frozen crawfish (although it doesn’t state if its live or frozen when ordering). We ordered 3lbs crawfish online ,24 wings special fries and the Krazy bundle with crawfish (I asked again is the crawfish in the bundle live or frozen because IT DOESN’T STATE IT) I was told it would be LIVE and due to them not updating their website they would give live crawfish for the online order!! Well they LIED! All of our crawfish were frozen EXTRA salty and disgusting! We don’t waste crawfish but these went in the trash!!! Very disappointed!!!! Make sure they are giving you LIVE CRAWFISH as they do...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Krazy Cajun, and it was an incredible experience! The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a lively, welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a great meal. The decor is vibrant and fun, reflecting the Cajun culture perfectly.

The seafood at Krazy Cajun is nothing short of amazing. I started with the crawfish boil, which was seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of spice. Had a great birthday lunch here today. We came for king crab, but their delivery hadn't made it yet, so all three of us had the snow crab. We chose the garlic butter, which had a lot of garlic, but the more we ate, the more we liked it. The price was reasonable for the amount of crab we got. The dish comes with a little bit of corn and potato; the corn was incredibly sweet and cut nicely through the garlic butter. By the end of the meal, we were very full and happy eaters...!

Everyone was friendly and helpful (we were the only ones in the restaurant for a while). Our waitress didn't know English very well, and my Spanish is terrible, but we got along, and she was fine.
