Phoenix Rising Vapor 1 (Smoke/Disposables/Delta/CBD/Hookah) — Local services in Jersey Village

Always shopped here cause they have really good prices on juice, coils, and disposalable Vapes but I had a issue with one of the puff king Vapes. I've only hit the disposalable about 15 times and it died on me. Then came back to talk to them about it but they said they couldn't do anything about it because people swap them out before to get an extra one. I'm not the one to do that but oh well. It was a waste of 10 dollars and a drive back to store just to tell me "we can't do anything."

With this issue, I'll probably shop here less frequently. I've been coming to this spot for over a year and sadly they can't do anything about it. So if you have any issues with a disposable, then they can't do anything for you.

Update: I went back and one the managers who frequently sees me and did fix the issue for me on the next visit. Personally, I'd still try to stay away from certain podking disposalables flavors so I wouldn't have to experience something like that again. The time that I came back, the manger/owner was very understanding and resolved it for me. I can't thank the manger enough to give me one on the house and thankfully everything can go back to me fraudulently shopping here. Highly recommend...

Blew Clouds, Found Inner Peace (and a new favorite store)

Listen, I walked into Phoenix Rising just looking for some juice… and left with a whole new personality. The staff? Absolute legends. One of them recommended a flavor that tasted like a tropical vacation and my childhood nostalgia wrapped in one puff. I almost cried.

The selection? Massive. I felt like Charlie in the Chocolate Factory, but for adults with excellent taste and questionable impulse control. Devices, flavors, coils, chargers—basically everything short of a vape-powered time machine (although I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re working on it in the back).

Customer service? 12/10. They answered all my “newbie” questions without judgment—even when I asked, “Does this one make me look cooler?” (Spoiler: they all do).
