I am currently in extreme pain writhing this review. I am very upset at the fact that I visited this location and first of all the cleanliness was awful. The barista (MICHAEL) was sweeping when I arrived and he did not bother to wash his hands. I let it go, then I ordered a hot drink and I specifically told him that I wanted to substitute regular milk for coconut milk (Iâm extremely lactose intolerant, yes I did NOT get whipped cream for that reason too). Well Michael decides to put regular milk in my drinks and now I am up at midnight with horrible symptoms only because this barista, Michael, did not listen well enough. I will be taking this issue to corporate because it needs to be addressed with Michael because itâs not okay to not take caution.    Read moreThis is by far the worst starbucks I have ever been in. Ive visited this place twice. Once they messed up my drink and I forgave it. I went back again and the lady at the register was very kind. However I waited for over 30 minutes FOR AN ICED BLACK TEA. The camaraderie there is cool however maybe save that for when you arent backed up with customers. Whoever the manager is needs to look at their team. Your team reflects you as a manager. Apparently they DO NOT CARE enough to take care of their guests, in which provides the money to pay your checks. Where would you all be without your customers?    Read moreTwice in two weeks I have been cheated with the same scam where the barista cannot open the register but has given me the wrong change probably pocketing the rest of my change. Yes it's only $0.25 or $0.30 but I'm tired of the scam. Additionally, because I get the same order every single time, I know I was just overcharged. I didn't want to make a scene because there was another customer there and don't want to embarrass the only employee working at this time or become an internet target, but this is not staying local.
