I don't always wear suits but when I do I get them from Wendell and his team at Jos. A. Bank.

I only have two wardrobes: my every day jeans and t-shirts and the tailored suits and shirts from Jos. A. Bank.

For years the only "nice" clothes I had were separates that I wore on stage or for the occasional evening out.

When it came time to expand my wardrobe for work I visited this location and was blown away by the customer service, quality, and variety they offer.

Wendell and his associates have an incredible amount of experience, taste, and go to great lengths to make sure everything I buy matches, fits, and provides me the most options.

I've never received as many compliments on my attire as I have since buying my clothes here and I've never referred more people to the same sales professional or store as I have since I began shopping at this location.

I now have a fantastic wardrobe for any and every occasion be it professional meetings, formal evenings, or when I want to dress myself up a notch for a nice dinner or other outing that merits a bit more than a regular pair of jeans and a shirt.

I'm blown away by how quickly I get in and out, how Wendell remembers me every time I walk in even though I go months between visits. He's really gotten to know my tastes and preferences, never tries to up-sell me, and is always ready with something to show me that I may not have noticed or looked for on my own.

I am a true believer that everyone should have at least one "power suit" and honestly, I'll never go back to department stores. There is simply no replacement for a tailored, high quality suit or the kinds of shirts and accessories offered by Jos. A. Bank.

There's also no replacement for the kind of service and consulting Wendell and his team provide.

I've never looked so good or felt so confident walking into a room as I have since getting their input on what to where for any given situation.

I have always prided myself in having good taste and a solid eye for putting an outfit together but these guys are on another level.

NEVER underestimate the value that a true professional like Wendell can provide...and this knowledge and expertise is as much a part of what you pay for as the clothes themselves.

Truly, stop buying your dress clothes anywhere else. Stop trusting your own eye for fashion or for how something should fit and go see Wendell and the gang at Jos. A. Bank. You...

Have you ever hung a picture in the wrong location? Have you ever was 100% sure a paint color would match, just to find out it was multiple shades off? It would have been far easier to delete my Jos A Banks post, rather than leave it up and give an update. I’m no hero.. far from it- rather, just a guy wanting to show old dogs sometimes roll over. I’ll be the first to admit, some of the “money grub” team doesn’t exist anymore at this location and maybe that is all it took. I visited and purchased two customs. The team is professional, courteous, and patient with me during the whole process. I’m not as creative as some of the spiffy guys out there and heck... maybe the Jos A Team knew that too. But boy, they didn’t let me know it. Dignity and respect is all that I received from every interaction with this team. I even played dumb and asked questions to see what they would suggest. Without missing a beat, they looked out for my style, my preference, and my wallet. That my online friends is all that I ever would ask. Like anyone else, I just want to know that my hard earned dollar matters and yeah... I would even pay more for something if I feel service and my visit is valued. This store, this team, at this location earned a second chance in my book.

My pictures aren’t the best but man, I get allot of compliments on my jackets. You would swear I spent 3x more on them..

One Star - written 5 Months Ago: Inconsistent price modeling, nickel and dime, staff is commissioned so push items that you state you don't need. Purchased 2 sport jackets for $1098. First one was complimentary adjustment to sleeve length, other was ordered in.. and charged $60 for sleeve length. Additionally, purchased multiple shirts and jeans- totaling 1700 in two weeks time. Would think I would be valuable customer... however, they work on point of sale commission with bonus for multiples.. So... doesn't matter about consistency unless its dealing with their incremental bonus check. Really wish it were different because I now want only...

Go see Windell at Joseph A. Bank in Spring, TX near FM 1960. He is very helpful and eager to serve. We were very specific about the color of suit we needed for an upcoming wedding and Windell worked his super powers to order exactly what we needed. He can just look at you and know what size you need. Our check-out process was a breeze, and Windell explained how long it would take for our items to arrive, how the alterations process and pricing works, and even suggested the days we should consider coming in for the alterations should we need any, also explaining how long it may take for the suit to be altered. We appreciated his knowledge, his professionalism, his approachability, and his efficiency with the whole process. And there was absolutely NO PRESSURE sales talk, only awesome service.
