I recently had the pleasure of dining at Biryani House, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was truly outstanding.
Upon entering the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the staff who promptly seated us and made us feel welcome. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting ambiance, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our meal.
Now, let's talk about the food. We ordered a variety of dishes, including Chicken Manchurian, Paneer Manchurian, Chicken Tandoori, and Hyderabadi Paneer Biryani. Each dish was a testament to the culinary expertise of the chefs at Biryani House.
The Chicken Manchurian and Paneer Manchurian were bursting with flavors. The chicken was tender, and the paneer was incredibly soft and succulent. The sauces had the perfect balance of tanginess and spiciness, elevating the overall dining experience.
The Chicken Tandoori was a true delight. The chicken was marinated to perfection, resulting in juicy and flavorful meat with a beautiful smoky char. It was evident that the dish was prepared with care and attention to detail.
Now, onto the star of the show—the Hyderabadi Paneer Biryani. This dish was a symphony of flavors. The fragrant basmati rice was cooked to perfection, and the layers of aromatic spices, tender paneer, and vegetables created a harmonious blend of tastes. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness that left us craving for more.
What truly stood out during our visit to Biryani House was the impeccable service. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to explain each dish, answered our questions, and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of excellent. The dishes arrived promptly, and the waitstaff consistently checked on us to ensure that we were satisfied.
In addition to the exceptional food and service, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was evident, which further enhanced our dining experience.
Overall, I cannot recommend Biryani House enough. The combination of delectable dishes, warm and attentive service, and a pleasant ambiance makes it a top-notch dining establishment. Whether you're craving Chicken Manchurian, Paneer Manchurian, Chicken Tandoori, or the exquisite Hyderabadi Paneer Biryani, Biryani House is the place to go. Read moreI recently had the misfortune of dining at Biryani House, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. I'm not one to write negative reviews lightly, but I feel compelled to share my honest thoughts about this establishment.
First and foremost, the food was simply not up to par. I had heard some mixed reviews, but I wanted to give it a chance. Unfortunately, the menu's promises did not live up to the reality on the plate. The dishes were bland and lacked any distinctive flavors. It felt like the chef had a complete disregard for seasoning and creativity in the kitchen. The presentation was lackluster, and I couldn't help but feel that I could have prepared a better meal at home.
Equally disappointing was the service. It seemed as if the staff were disinterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. Our server was inattentive and appeared to be in a hurry to get our orders and move on to the next table. The lack of attention made us feel like an afterthought, and we had to repeatedly request basic things like water refills and utensils. It's clear that the restaurant needs to invest in better training and customer service.
Furthermore, the overall ambiance of Biryani House was far from inviting. The lighting was harsh and unflattering, and the noise level was uncomfortably high. It was difficult to hold a conversation without shouting across the table. The overall atmosphere did not enhance the dining experience in any way.
In summary, my visit to Biryani House was a regrettable experience. The lackluster food, subpar service, and unappealing ambiance all combined to create a dining outing that I would not recommend to anyone. I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes these criticisms to heart and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future patrons. Until then, I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to explore other dining options...
Read moreDated 9/5/2024: I ate here for the first time 4 months ago amd I loved the food and prepation of each and every dish. I visited again last week and I cannot resist but to add another review! Google does not allow me to post a new review so I’m appending my latest review to my older review. The chef TARAK has outdone all the chefs I have tried so far in the Atlanta region. Each and every dish is so meticulously prepared with the right flavors. Other Indian restaurants usually have 3 main gravies that they play around with. This one is prepared with a unique flavor for each and it resonates with the authenticity you would find at an authentic Indian restaurant in India. The chef deserves a praise. We drive for more than an hour just to eat this food. I told our server that the food was mind blowing and asked him to pass on the compliments to the chef; I learnt he was super busy that night due to the rush. I hope Biryani House takes care of him and does not lose this precious talent!
You will love the paneer dishes, the lamb, the biryanis - order anything, you can’t go wrong! It’s a MUST TRY!!!

Was in the area after an hour’s drive and hadn’t had any breakfast. Found this place thanks to Google.
I haven’t had such an amazing authentic North Indian cuisine in a very long time! We ordered Paneer Lababdar and Malai Matar Paneer (both at regular medium spice levels) accompanied with Indian breads Garlic Naan and Tandoori roti.
The dishes were delicious (better than the usual Indian restaurants in Decatur area) and I loved the fact that the Malai Matar Paneer had green peas that were fresh green peas 🫛 and had an authentic taste to them!
If you’re a North Indian food lover who loves regular spice levels, this place is a hidden gem! Must try!
The chef deserves a...
