Snowy & Rolls Ice Cream — Restaurant in Johns Creek

Decided to visit today to try the ice cream of course. The counter staff and guys making the ice cream were wonderful. I would have visited again until I had a run in with who I found out later was the owner. I'm standing in front of the glass watching my roll creation come to live with a sort of small space between myself and the glass here come this excessively rude woman walking right in front of me. She did not open her mouth to say excuse me or anything. Her friends were following in tow. The woman behind her stopped and looked at me as if she knew what just happened was wrong. I stepped back a few steps and motioned the other two to walk in front of me. They could have all walked behind me from the beginning. They all sat at the table next to me and still the lady said nothing just chatting it up with her friends. I go to leave the place and look at the photos on the wall on my way out. Low and behold the rude woman is in the photo, so I asked the manager if the lady at the table was the lady in the photo and of course she was the owner. If this is how she treats customers she will not have to worry about me spending my money there again. I will drive further to find another rolled ice cream shoppe.

Owners need to understand that customers are the reason why they are in business and being rude and snobbish is going to run customers away. Today was my first and last time...

Came here after having dinner at the Kickin Crab across the street and had a delicious dessert of ice cream snowy rolls which were excellent. The snowy roll choices we chose, Taro with toppings, and coconut with toppings were both excellent. Ordering is done at a kiosk so there is not much to complain about re: service but this place seems like a one man (woman) operation so I can see wait times being an issue at busier times. Our desserts took a while to get to us and we were the only customers at the time of ordering. The music doesn't seem fitting for a dessert shop either as it's very slow peaceful meditation music which cuts in and out and skips constantly, so the atmosphere seems like it could use some work. I don't want to dock any stars since we enjoyed our desserts but I would consider our points as suggestions and constructive criticism to hopefully improve your business.

The flavor was good, but topping like nuts were charged, and not to forget for .24 cents they tax us .6 cents of course there was no bill, (we had requested to change the topping - it was our bad but they could have said a no or billed us the right amount) I wouldn’t have minded the .6 cents for .24 cents but the guy said the topping can not be served FREE (we had paid for mango boba & requested for brownie and paid for the extra cost too) very rudest behavior. Will never try this and give heads up to friends if they were wishing to be served by rude employee. 2 stars for the front guy & the flavor but will never ever visit due to the other guy’s attitude

$9.16 (one large snowy roll with nut mix & mango boba) is this the right price Of course paid extra $.24 cents +$.6 cents(tax for .24 cents) Is this the actual cost with rude attitude by one of the guys (horrible experience) spoiled the whole day’s relaxedness...
