This is from my husbands feedback to Honey Baked Ham: The cashier, possibly store assistant manager, took my order and after paying I realized I forgot to add onions, no mayo, and toasted. The store manager was very annoyed at my request and kept asking me if I needed anything with a loud condescending tone of voice. I am an American Latino and did not appreciate her attitude, especially after treating a Caucasian woman with the utmost respect after my order. After washing my hands I walked out of the restroom to hear the cashier speaking about her dislikes in people like me, who are complicated. Your location staff did not demonstrate the best practices and core values your organization claims to have, which one of those is respect to others. If the store's organizational climate steers with rudeness, it will eventually lead to discrimination and a potential lawsuit. I am very disappointed. I hope you address this...

Bought a pound of Turkey, took it home and placed in the fridge, opened it the next day, slices were already slimy and smelled like it had gone bad. Brought the meat back the next business day, no apology, exchanged the meat for another, hopefully fresh, pack.
When I first walked in, staff was curt and not particularly pleasant. Once I explained what was going on, he seemed more annoyed at having to do the exchange than apologetic for having sold an expired product. At first I thought this is just how they are, but then other customers walked in, and they were greeted and polite pleasantries exchanged. All of these other customers were African American, I was the only Asian in the store. I felt I was treated less well because if the color of my skin.

We are not able to travel for Thanksgiving this year due to an injury I have. We saw Honey Baked Ham doing holiday meals and decided to put in an order with a pick up date of the 23rd, today.
We were already disappointed because they were starting to run out of the sides we wanted so we decided we would supplement and make some of our own. My husband arrives today to pick up our food that's been ordered for quite some time now and the sides we ORDERED are no longer available. The store clerk informed him they can run out as people pick up their orders.
So essentially they are selling things they don't have. I suspect we aren't going to be the only ones not happy with this...
