Burger Bar — Restaurant in Johnson City

The people whom say this place is pricey are comparing this high end burger place to Krystal, burger King, and mc Donalds. They DO NOT KNOW what they are talking about nor do they realize that the big mac and whopper are now about $6 and at $11, Burger Bar is giving us quality fresh food with more toppings to choose from. The meat was so good, ask for the sauce on the side because it wasn't needed on mine. Julia was awesome and friendly, the wait is not bad due to making the food fresh. Feel free to criticize me if you don't have one of the best burgers for a fair price, after i go on about how good it was and I criticized the pessimistic people who wouldn't recognize a good meal when they have one. Me and my fiancé chose this place for a date night. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and we got to choose where we sat. The ordering system was intriguing and I enjoyed that the server didn’t have to remember or write anything because my burger came out exactly how I ordered it. I got a veggie burger with pepper jack cheese on the wheat bun with tomato baby spinach and onion with a spicy chipotle mayo. My partner got a med beef burger with pepperjack cheese bacon Dijon mustard and spicy chipotle mayo. We split a side of the parm tots with garlic aioli. I was excited about the build-your-own burger concept at the restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling confused. Upon entering, there was only one staff member at the bar (we saw at least one more later), so we chose an empty table. We waited for about 10 minutes without receiving a greeting or any indication on how to proceed with ordering. There were some other guests but the place wasn't busy.
