Not only is this Crumbl Cookie location the best in the tri-city area, I would like to share a personal anecdote.
One fateful Sunday morning, the sun had just rose and I was ready for a great day. I got ready, grabbed my things, and headed down to Crumbl cookie for a delicious morning delight. When I arrived at said location, the doors were locked and no one was inside. “They must be closed” I thought to myself. As I headed back to my house with a heavy heart, I saw smoke rising from the horizon. Oh no! I must’ve left my candles burning when I left. I arrived, and my house was up in flames. My dog is inside, but who is going to save him? I dropped to my knees, begging with higher powers to save my dog. What’s that? A siren in the distance? How wrong was I. Jason Baker, the owner of the Crumbl Cookie store in Johnson City Tennessee, was letting out his signature war cry. Thats when the entire Crumbl staff came piling out of a van, ready to save the day. Jason eagerly runs inside with no protective gear, and comes out triumphantly with my dog in his arms. Autumn Baker kicked the fire hydrant off it’s foundation, and with brute force alone, redirected the water to put out the fire. To my astonishment, the rest of the Crumbl workers grabbed tools and supplies, and began to rebuild my house better than before. “Wow! This house is now worth a million dollars!” I cried out. “That’s just what we do here at Crumbl Cookie in Johnson City, Tennessee, 37601”, replied everyone in unison.
Moral of the story, the Crumbl cookie staff in Johnson City saved my dog and my house on their day off! If they can do that, imagine what kind of service they provide...
Read moreThe cookies were great! Huge and very yummy! However, the fact that I ordered literally 4 hours ahead and still had to wait for an hour and a half was a huge inconvenience. I was also picking up my sisters orders and, on the app, it does not state that you have to the phone you ordered on with you, so obviously I didn’t have her phone and the staff made a huge deal and literally made me wait forever and were literally making jokes about it. Other people in line had the same issues I had. I had a 5:00 order pickup time for my sister and got her order at 6:15. The wait wasn’t the biggest deal, the fact that the workers didn’t have very good customer service skills was the issue. You can’t have people waiting for orders and be making jokes about it and also complaining because there’s too many people in line and stating “it’s too busy”. That’s horrible customer service skills and it’s literally only the first week of being open. Let’s hope they get better from here...
Read moreI mistakenly ordered thru doordash, pickup, so when i arrived i had to wait because the clerk seemed confused about my doordash order, even tho i heard them call out another “doordash” order. So after everyone else gets their cookies, ahe is finally able to work on mine and of course by then the strawberry cupcake cookies are all gone. So i chose 2 confetti cookies, i was very disappointed with the entire experience. The cookies i received were not warm. Not good. I wasted $20 on 6 cookies. I had a choc chip from Cookie Crumbles 2 nights ago and the cookie was absolutely amazing, warm and gooey, nothing like what i just got. Over priced and too much hassle. The clerk even said “people don’t generally order thru doordash, except when they are getting it delivered”. Not sure what that has to do with anything. My order shldve been ready with all the other orders (im sure the several people that ordered AFTER me, got their strawberry...
