7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Johnson City

I gave three stars for atmosphere because there is only a drive through, there is no going inside, and the only reason I care is because they have speakers outside blasting pop music while you're trying to talk to the cashier about your order. I don't even hate the music, it's just too loud!

Beyond that one complaint, the staff is always super helpful and friendly. I've only had the chance to get 7 Brew a handful of times and they're always happy to explain things and make recommendations.

As far as the quality of their product, holy freaking cow why has nobody told me about brevé?? It is my new favorite way to have coffee! So far my favorite brevé is the cinnamon roll.

In addition to the delightful brevé, there are lots of other coffee options, as well as their own energy drink called 7 Energy that you can get in a ton of different flavors. The one I tried was called Pink Mermaid and was strawberry with watermelon and coconut and it was one of the most delicious things I've ever sipped, truly. I tend to shy away from coconut, because once you add it you basically have a coconut drink now since you can't taste anything else, but this coconut was perfect! Unfortunately I had my 1st bad experience at a Seven Brew. I pulled in because there was only 2 cars in drive through(I had frozen groceries in my vehicle) so I thought, perfect. I pulled in behind an suv and about 3 employees were standing there talking to what appeared to be a younger girl in suv. I thought maybe they were waiting on an order. They stood there and kept chatting and a couple girls gave me that side look, I guess to see if I was getting upset(they knew). I waited...another girl came out and handed a half drank cup into the suv, to taste and they passed it back out. Sat some more. 2 cars were served in the line next to me at this point and I couldn't back up as a car pulled in behind me. Anyhow, I have never experienced this before so it through me off. Environment is overwhelming confusing and has a 3 second attention span so you better prepare ahead and don't come confused. I asked for expresso they gave me latte and it's way 300% overpriced I tried calling them and I tried expressing my distaste and disservice and I was instantly disregarded by what appears to be a high school student who doesn't understand that I was really upset and being taken advantage of I tried calling them and nobody picks up this is a very dishonest company that takes advantage of a very short attention span and very flashy sugar coffee. I despise that I even came here on recommendation of other people and I don't believe they're ever going to get in touch with me even though I left in my contact.
