Food is normal for KFC. Place was super dirty, the dining floor was all sticky with old dried soda, the entrance is black with old nasty grease or whatever, the tables were dirty and a little sticky. I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before I got even a “hello”. I don’t expect a busy person to drop the customer they are helping to come to me, but a greeting of “Hi we’ll be with you as fast as we can. We short staffed or whatever.” Just acknowledge the new people as they walk up. I ordered for dine-in and everything came in to-go boxes and in a bag. I used to manage KFC about 25 years ago. If this happened there would be some long conversations on how come it happened, then decisions made on how to help the crew catch up on the cleaning and greeting skills. More crew hired or fired would come later. But something is wrong here…. I hope they get the help they need. I would assume they are all over worked, and under staffed. Everyone there seemed to be dragging a bit. Covid has taken so much out of everyone. Maybe a group meeting to help crew morale and take a bit more pride in their jobs? But they need some help there. If the local stores are all owned by the same people, get all the staff to show up at each restaurant as a group to clean and get things squared away and caught up or it will continue to degrade. Close for a day or something. Yes I know corporate will scream; yes I know that’s expensive. But it’s cheaper than having to fire and rehire whole crews because they don’t like the atmosphere or cleanliness of the place they work at. The KFC I used to work at in Payson AZ; Roger and Melissa were the franchise owners at the time. They came and helped clean, move equipment from one location to another. They set the example by working on the hard dirty jobs! I hope someone here will read this and take notice for the...
Read moreThis has to be the worst KFC in the whole us. The staff is very rude and acts like they don't even want to be there or care about there customers. The lobby is always a complete disaster as is behind the counter as well. 98% of the time they don't have stuff that's on the menu. I don't understand how a chicken place is always out of chicken? And the price for the so called pieces of chicken is ridiculous. You go spend 60$ on a family meal and get breast the size a child's hand. And that's even if they have breast. If not they just throw even smaller stuff in to replace it ( and not extra to make up size difference). And this family size sides is an absolute joke. One table spoon of mashed potatoes or macNcheese is a toddlers helping of a side. I'm not sure who the franchise owner is of this location is ? But they really really need to take a good look at their store. I know you are not making the capital you would like. But if you would just put a little effort into it you'd see a huge difference. I know one little person won't make a difference. And taking my business elsewhere isn't going to really affect it. But as time goes by there will be more and more like myself. Unit eventually there will be very little business and your forced to close. Thanks for reading!!!#no...
Read moreCame through at 8:30pm because my grandmother wanted 2 legs. I ordered her food then I asked for a chicken sandwich "we don't have sandwhiches." Okay, I get it, you're out of things sometimes. I'll do the 3pc tender "we don't have tenders." .... okay.... "what time do you guys close?" Maybe they close at 9, and I don't want to be that jerk. "We close at 10 but we don't have tenders right now" fine. Whatever. I ordered my grandmother's then I just got a breast and wing meal. She didn't say a single word to me at the window. My grandmother's legs were old but so is she so she didn't bat an eye. My breast was not even edible it was to dry, it took force to even get the skin off of it, which I've never seen! No wrapper in my box either which isn't much but it's kind of gross to me. No receipt. (My fault. I should have made sure she handed it to me) very very upset and disappointed with this. It's a Friday night, and you don't close for an hour and a half. And it would be a 100% different story if it would've been "we don't have that up right now it'll take X time to cook" or even "and I'm sorry, but we're unable to make more tonight" just very poor...
