Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Johnson City

Our family ordered subs from Jimmy John's last night and they were fantastic. So good in fact that we decided to eat there again today. When my husband got home with our subs, we were shocked. They were completely flat "sandwiches", NOT the beautiful, meat and vegetable filled subs we had last night. There were hardly any vegetables despite the fact that we order them with ALL the toppings. I called and spoke with the manager and explained that what we received today was not even close to what we got last night. His response..."Well, I don't know why. All our sandwiches are pre-measured." Really?!? There was no apology, no offer to make things right, no anything but excuses.

Living near Telford, we don't have the convenience of delivery from Jimmy John's. It's a 25-minute drive one way! So, not only did we have to drive there to pick up our subs, my husband had to drive back to return them in order to receive a refund. There was never an offer to remake the subs. Even while in front of the store manager, there was still no apology. Just a refund!!!

TO THE OWNER...please do not give us your automated apology stating "this is not how we roll". After reading all of the bad reviews of this location, it's clear to see that this is EXACTLY how you roll.

You may have fantastic subs, but you have lousy customer service, serious consistency issues, and a manager who DOES NOT CARE!!! Your loyal customers...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When my friend and I went in, there were 5 - 6 employees standing near the front of the store and none of them greeted us. It was our first time ever visiting a JJ and I was hoping for a toasted, steak, sub kinda like I get at Subway and my friend said that he had heard JJ was better than Subway; so we tried it. I asked the girl who had tattoos and piercings, taking our order at the register if they toasted them and she told me no. I said that that was o.k. I smiled and told her that it was our first time at a JJ. I began to tell her that I wanted the number 10 and what all I wanted on it. She tells me that it already came with mayo., lettuce, tomato and I said, "o k," and asked if they could put jalapeno peppers and onions on it. My friend ordered a combo too and she asked him if we wanted any drinks and he said that we did since it came with the combos. Neither She, nor any of the other employees ever smiled at us the whole time. We started to sit inside to eat but felt so uncomfortable and looked down upon that we went to our car to eat. My friend has both arms fully tattooed and with the one who took out order having tattoos, I know that it wasn't that that caused her and the crew to be so rude to us. I don't know what it was. The subs didn't have any of the extras that we wanted on them. We won't...

Don’t waste your money on this overpriced food that could be wrong and dealing with Arrogant staff! Messed up my order when I was in the hospital in March of 2021. They wanted sandwich back which is fine but unable to food swapped out due to where I was in hospital. So long story short wrote my name down to add bacon to next sandwich I get. Here we are in December and I finally go back to that located at 12:30am and no name on a list = no giving my bacon on a sandwich. I paid for it and as usual instead of taking care of the customer the ole mighty dollar is more important. Said my 2 cents and walked out. Last time I will ever do business with them. Also tonight while sitting with friend at the hospital waiting 12/21/21 they messed up a nurses sandwich. Driver came back out to Franklin Woods hospital with a wrapped sandwich and a receipt. He just laid it on the counter of the Covid filled waiting area waiting for nurse to bring him wrong sandwich. No bag around it…yikes!...
