The person taking the order, and the person handing out the food always seem to be super friendly. But don't order ice cream cones, because the last 2 out of 3 cones we're not made properly. One cone was already sliding off of the cone as they were handing it out the window. They at least ask if I would like a cup to put it in. Instead of saying let me make you a better ice cream cone, they just hand me a cup to stick it down in, how thoughtful. However it's fast food, if we don't expect them to make the food the way we order it then it's our own fault or allowing them to get away with faulty product which only makes money in their pokets. So when eating out it's one of those things that you ask yourself, do I allow them to just give me mediocre and pay for it, or do I hold them to their standards.? The one rule I always go by is check your bags. Then go from there. You would be amazed at how much money you actually save a year when you get exactly what you ask for. Because if you are craving that double cheeseburger and they left out half the stuff off that double cheeseburger, then you're going to want another double cheeseburger to fulfill that craving. . I could be way off and wrong, but just food for thought. Cuz I always seem to end up getting the same meal when one is messed up to replace the craving that started my fast...
Read moreI've decided this is definitely the nicest McDonald's in the area to go into and sit down to eat. Lots of booths. And the people working here the last two times I've visited were just really super nice. Smiling, pleasant and actually giving a hoot about their job and you as a customer. I don't expect much, I mean it's McDonald's, but this place exceeded any expectations I had and really surprised me when I wasn't looking for anything but a place to dip into for a quick bite and to cool down from the heat (my AC is out in my car). And they've got a really nice, newer model changing table in the ladies room. They may have one in the men's I didn't check. Don't get me started on how few fast food places these days have NO changing tables or ones they do have are even scarier than the thought of putting your child on the floor (on your jacket). (I'm looking at you,...
Read moreThis location, and the roan st location, have really went downhill. The staff are just rude. We ordered online and went in to eat. Our food came out quickly, but she put it down without a hi, hello or anything then turned her back and left. Didn't ask if we needed anything (despite they now have the ketchup and napkins on lockdown). We thanked her even though she had already turned her back to leave. Coke zero was out. The staff seem to hide when you go up to ask for anything. My son went up to get something and the employees just stared at him. Brought my gluten free bun from chick fil a. Thank you chick-fil-a for at least making it a tolerable experience.
4/15/24 update. 2x in a row they have messed up my order. 4/10, my "plain" burger was anything but. It had pickles, onions...𤢠today they forgot my cookies. đ 3 strikes...no more...
