McDonald's — Restaurant in Johnson City

Ordered food tonight. Hubbie brought it home. The fries were cold and tasted old, just not edible. The mcdouble had no sauce and no pickles, the bacon mcdoubles had no sauce and no bacon. We are not far from this location, so the first order should have been warm at the least, it was all cold like it'd been setting out.

My hubbie called down there first. The lady said she'd replace the order. When he got there a male manager (my husband said looks young and has a tattoo sleeve) that was working was very hostile with him. Accused him of trying to steal food. He told my husband "people like him try to steal food all the time and he wasn't doing it" (remaking the order)

The lady on the phone didn't say we had to bring the first order back, so it was trashed, all of it, because she said, they'd remake it.

They pulled him up and after 10, 15 minutes they sent out a teen worker with 3 burgers. 2 were bacon mcdoubles with barely any sauce, and a bag of apples.

They locked the doors and wouldn't answer thru drive thru, so my husband got frustrated, because they said it would be fixed. He honked his horn til the male manager came out and accused him of trying to steal food after they said they'd fix it. He brought a second bag with a cheeseburger and a kids meal fry. Again these fries were old and not edible.

I have no problem with them explaining they needed the old food back, but she was so nice on the phone we didn't think anything of it. But that male manager was way out of line. Judging my husband on his looks, calling him a thief. We just wanted a warm meal for dinner, how we asked for it to be made, because we paid for it the first time and it was cold and not edible. I'm sure if they were served the their food they paid for an it was cold and hard, not how we asked for it to be they'd make a complaint too.

He told my husband people like him try to pay for $20 worth of food and end up with $60 worth. We just wanted what we paid for, a warm meal, mcdoubles with the sauces, bacon mcdoubles with bacon....

I hate leaving such a long review, but I cannot understand why he was so rude to my husband, because of how he looks and honestly if the food was made right the first time people wouldn't have to...

I didn't want to review this McDonald's to soon after my experience because I didn't want to exaggerate out of anger. I went through the McDonald's drive-through for breakfast on Saturday, July 14th at around 9am. I ordered a Big Breakfast and told them that I couldn't eat the muffin due to a gluten allergy so if they could substitute something else that would be great but if not that's fine also but to not waste it giving it to me. They didn't seem to understand at first but after explaining a few times they said ok. After paying I was told that they were waiting on the hash-browns and asked me to pull forward, in response I explained that I was late meeting up with a group of friends who were gathering to go on a river tubing trip and if there was anything that could be substituted for the hash-browns other than pancakes or briskets I would appreciate it as I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait. The woman working the window checked and came back with my order and I left. When I reached the meeting place and opened my McDonald's bag to eat breakfast I found nothing but a pile of pancakes! Already being late I was left with nothing to eat and no time to go anywhere else. How they got my order completely backwards is beyond me but even if they did no substituting at all I should have been able to eat some eggs & a sausage patty. I warn anyone to check there order before leaving the drive-through no matter how much of a hurry they are in or better yet don't bother...

Well I gave this McDonald's a 2nd chance and it was worse than the last time i ate there...I got a cheeseburger with no pickle and extra onions as i am allergic to cucumbers. I get my food and i bite into a huge pickle on my burger, so i take it up to the counter and they said we will make you a new one, They didnt say sorry or I apologize or kiss my foot. The new burgers i got only had a patty on the bun and nothing else. That's when i lost my shit as i was on lunch break from work the manager heard me get upset and came and asked if i wanted a new burger I said NO but HELL NO give me my money back!! Needless to say i left hungry and pissed off. The worker at that location were all on their phones and not working at all......STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS they don't care about there customers or they would have reached out to me BUT NO they haven't. This franchise needs to be pulled and close the store...

I got a crispy chicken sandwich and when i bit into the sandwich it felt like rubber, the chicken on the bum was hard and brown. It tasted like cardboard and the fries were soggy and tasted NOT done...I would have went in and told the manage but had to get back to work....DO NOT EAT at this McDonalds!! FOOD IS NO...
