Small establishment. Very crowded. Small area with no organization to it . Order online. Your wait will be very very very long if you order in person. Pay attention to your order and how long you have been waiting, several people were missing parts of their orders or orders all together. We personally never received our coffee drinks and had to remind them. There is an area to watch them make donuts for the kids. It’s a hot mess with frosting and toppings everywhere. The gap between the watch counter and the glass is big enough to get your hand through so kids just stick their hands through which is gross. Donuts are fries right there in person and decorated which is cool, but the results are a hot mess. The donuts themselves are only decent because they are warm, but the frosting melts off leaving a puddle of it everywhere and hardly any on the donut. The box they come in is a hot mess too because the employees drip frosting and toppings everywhere. The donuts are very heavy with grease and are made to eat only warmed up. It they cool completely they become grease filled and waxy when eaten. Coffee/espresso is super bitter ( even though the drinks are made fresh right there). The peanut butter fluff donut does not taste like peanut butter at all. The maple donut had great flavor. Over all you are over paying for basic greasy donuts that have over rated toppings. Read moreTerrible just like the other reviews said. I ordered and waited 25 minutes then asked the staff about it, my order was lost. After they found the order I waited another 25 minutes and asked again, she said oh sorry I will put it to the front of the line…. After another 10-15 minutes I asked for a refund but the manager couldn’t figure out how to refund a debit card so he asked if cash was fine, I said sure but after a few minutes of looking confused he couldn’t figure out how to refund using cash either. I said that’s fine, have someone stop what they are doing and make them now, he said I will make them myself but it seemed like it was an inconvenience for him. After watching him struggle to make a box of doughnuts it was clear that he wasn’t management material, but after an hour and 5 minutes I had a dozen sloppy doughnuts in a box that the bottom was covered in chocolate and random toppings from the dirty counter. The staff also use their aprons for napkins so to recap… poor management, poor staff, poor organization skills, no way of determining who is in line and who isn’t, only a couple tables for everyone to share and the place was filthy including all surfaces and the staff themselves. Read moreSo I placed an order for pickup the order said it would be ready at 10:47 because I had a 35 minute wait for pickup I get there my orders already completed I got there 10 minutes early so now my Donuts are getting cold the whole point is to have nice hot fresh donuts my breakfast sandwich is getting cold and they've got my phone number and they couldn't bother calling me to tell me that they're out of bagels so they just made their own executive decision and put it on whatever they wanted instead of calling me and letting me know that and when there are coupons available to use that you get in the mail there needs to be a way to add them when you order online or you need the option to pay in store so you can use the coupon which there is not this is my first bad experience but I feel like they really miss the Mark I definitely will not be doing online ordering again if there's a scheduled time that the order is going to be ready they should make the donuts like 2 minutes before that time so that they are nice and hot now if the customer is late that is their problem but when the customer shows up at the pickup time that the online ordering says you should have hot food...
