Yes, Just... YES!! We were visiting our parents and decided to try something besides FiveBucks. When we pulled around the corner, there was a beautiful double rainbow right over this store. That's our sign, right?? (See photo) It was definitely a sign because this was the first coffee shop that blew us away. A young man named Ben greeted us with a kind smile and welcoming "Hello." We didn't have anyone behind us so I mentioned that I had just taken a great shot of the store and the rainbow. After that we chatted a moment. Ben even flipped a coin for us and we won a free drink!! (What?What?What? Rainbows, Kindness, and free Coffee?? #itsagoodday.) Ben continued talking with us while he made our outstanding beverages. I had a Blue Hawaii Energy, my wife had a Autumn Blonde. #excellent By the time we got our drinks, Ben was our newest friend in Colorado.
Now folks, I'm from the South where Hospitality reigns supreme. In all my travels to Colorado, Lift Coffee Bar and Ben win the Best of the Best Award for Service, Quality, and Genuine Kindness!! B R A V O !!! Mr or Mrs Lift Coffee Bar Owner. You guys have restored my faith in the good folks of Colorado and earned yourself a dedicated fan.

   Read moreI used to go to every coffee place around Lift regularly, now I only go to Lift. I have been going at least every Friday morning for about 6 months now, and it is one of my favorite parts of my week. I initially stopped going to Ziggis and Starbucks because of the customer service, and then I kept coming back to Lift because of the staff and the quality. My order is always right, and a lot of them just know me by now and know what I'm getting. The staff genuinely makes my morning brighter with their kindness and efficiency. I have been in food/customer service for 12 years and the standards that Lift upholds are standards I hold myself to as a server. I love seeing the positive culture shine through the drive thru window! The owner is unbelievably kind and I see him quite frequently working too. I think an owner/manager who doesn't mind working alongside their staff, doing the same job, is someone that I would want to work for and support as a customer. All in all, this is the kind of place that people should look to for insight on customer service and quality control. If more places took a page out of Lift's playback, I think they would see higher employee retention and customer satisfaction. I have no problem spending money here and feel incredibly satisfied when I leave with my yummy Iced Rasberry Mocha and a smile...
   Read more12/16/23 review. Today I just needed a pick me up. Decided to swing by and Kenna helped me out with a Hawaiian Mimosa. Their drinks are awesome. Kenna was amazing. Will probably be back for mommy and doggie date asap. Our dog Bodie loves going as much as me for his favorite treat! Thanks Kenna!
12/12/23 review. To start this is my favorite coffee shop. Everyone is super nice and fun to chat to, if you want to chat. They are friendly and it makes me want to come in. Today was no exception, I want to let the management and owners know so I will start editing this review often and try my best to get names of the employees because good employees are hard to find. Today my son, and I went to get drinks. Ben and Shae were awesome, friendly and quick with making our drinks. The drinks are always great and they recommend drinks if you canât decide. Canât say enough good things about this place!
