Left a pretty nasty scathing review about my initial experience but man did they make up for it. So much so I deleted my other review and had to post this one in its stead.

Alex contacted me immediately and directly based on my initial review and stated how sorry he was and wanted to make it right. He took care of me to the nines and invited me to return for a different promised experience and man did they deliver. The definition of not talking about it and being about it while standing on business with all ten toes. Dylan in the store was extremely kind and attentive and introduced himself immediately upon entering the restaurant. He stated he was there every step of the way to help and catered to each customer the same. He did exactly that and more with conversation and wait time promises and procedures. Extremely kind, friendly, and amazing service on this trip. Truly night and day from my last visit which is so appreciated. It truly is a breath of fresh air to see a business honestly care about their customers, their experiences and making each learning experience a teaching moment and not only talking about it but implementing it to the nines immediately. The food is delicious, fresh and great quality and the service this time around deserves ten stars. Thank you so much Dylan and Alex. You guys retained a customer for life and I will absolutely be back...

Everything was fantastic! We visited on a busy Black Friday. I had the Tender Love salad with grilled chicken- it was delicious! - very fresh with lots of tasty chicken, hardboiled egg, bacon, tomato, onions and several dressing choices - it was a large serving- to big for me to finish so I had yummy leftovers. My husband & son had the chicken sandwich spicy & chicken strips medium spice - all was fabulous! The staff member (Lucky) & the Manager were both incredible; very friendly, helpful & attentive - checking in to see how we were doing & if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean and bright. Overall wonderful dinning experience. Thanks again Lucky for all your help with the food selections/recommendations & for your A++ service. You're the sweetest. Note; My son ordered the mac and cheese as his side, but they were in the middle of making a new batch and it was going to take a bit longer to make; the manager was apologetic & truly great about offering other selections & adjusting our order inviting us back with a free drink & Bogo salad next time. Not a fan of the kiosk order at a restaurant, but this place was a little different experience. The manger was there at the counter greeted us, very friendly and professional. Helped us through the menu and asked if we needed anything. The food took a really long time to come out and needless to say the appetizer came out with the meal or at least came out with my wife’s meal, my on the other hand took another 10 minutes to come out. There was a huge portion of fire pickle and although we got the mild “Sweet Heat” they were still really spicy, but man great flavor. Since my meal took so long to come out, I was full on pickles before it came, I could not finish and took home 2 out of 3 strips. The Mac and cheese was not bad could taste red peppers. Just not a fan of the kiosk order and then is asks for a tip. At this place the gentleman at the counter is the main reason this was positive experience.
