The Manager and personnel were outstanding and very kind and just knew how to be humble and give Great service to their customers! We felt very welcome and at home. The food served fresh and hot of the grill and just perfect! The place could use a little better lighting and atmosphere, and they are always, always very concerned about the cleanliness of their in customer only bathrooms! To that I say a big thank you kindly! It is to any quality restaurant that I first pass judgement on! For very very obvious hygiene reasons! If the bathroom does not pass the test, then obviously the manager is a huge dork and shows his ignorance in running an establishment that of all things is where the customer should be one's number one guest and should be very mindful of their needs before one's own! Either that or just don't go into that kind of business! Moral of the story... "Bathrooms spick and spam clean! Kitchen super clean!" {And this applies especially to any fast food restaurants also! Including the coffee machines and ice cream machines! No excuses for lack of time to do so! Then assign exclusively one individual to keep watch over these areas! It's nasty that every time I'd like a fresh hot cup of senior coffee, the taste is utterly"bottom of the pot and burnt!" Read moreI hate that I had to take back my 5 star review and make it a 1 star review; but I'm tired of one of my items always getting messed up when I order! So i didn't even bother calling because based off other people's reviews it would have been a waste of time. I've been to this location multiple times since the beginning of November (and multiple times prior) and every single time something gets messed up. Either we get ground beef instead of steak burritos, or we pay extra for something or add something on that cost extra, and when we get home it's missing. And I can finally say I'm fed up. I got a burrito dinner tonight, normally 12.99, I got tripas (extra 1.50), and added guacamole (extra 1.99), and got it suzia (covered in melted cheese, which was an extra $1.25) so in total before tax my burrito dinner was over 17 dollars! Oh and I also asked for it to be cut in half. Btw I always order through their website directly. So my husband and I get home and his fried fish is absolutely perfect! Yet my burrito has no melted cheese on it (suzia), and no guacamole.... Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there something in the order is wrong or left out.
