I ordered breakfast through a delivery service. Upon receipt of my order I was missing items that I paid for. Tried calling the restaurant several times and was unable to get through so I had to get in my car and drive to the location (which completely negated ordering delivery). Upon arrival the host (a young man) asked how he could help. I told him I wanted to speak with a manger. We went to the back and returned less than a minute later with he’s not here and I don’t know when he will return. I asked to speak to whoever is in charge while the manager is away. He told me there was no one. I would just have to return and see if the manager is back. I was treated very rudely and nonchalantly as if I didn’t matter. I informed him that i paid for food I didn’t receive. His response was well the manager isn’t here come back some other time. He finally went in the back and informed the server what I wanted and she came and addressed me. I thanked her for at least attempting to resolve my problem. I showed her what ordered I informed her what I didn’t receive. A cook agreed to remake my incorrect missing items and she informed me the cook that prepared my order went home sick. I never received an apology for my inconvenience or anything. I paid for delivery that i had to drive and pick up myself. This is totally unacceptable. Customers, all customers are who keep you in business and to treat them this poorly makes a very poor statement as to the value you place on them. I don’t mind spending money. I will pay for anything that I truly want. I wasn’t looking for a refund. I simply was looking to receive what I purchased along with some understanding that my business is important and valued. I really don’t like being that person that has to leave a negative review. I try to focus on the positive. But I was given no other choice because of the poor treatment. Today my review is for the service me and my companion recieved. Our waitress was PHENOMENAL!!! She was very personal, didn't rush us even though she came to our table about 6x and we still didn't know what we wanted😩, attentive, fastest delivery of food I've ever experienced she delivered our food in what felt like 5min. Very upbeat inviting personality. It was nice to have someone in this era we live in now to show kindness. I wish i knew her name😩 all I know is that she's a beautiful woman with blue hair💙💙💙. The place is very spacious with plenty of room for a big crowd yet still quiet enough where you can enjoy a conversation with everyone at your table without having to raise your voice. The staff was very friendly and our server made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had a variety of different foods we ordered from the typical eggs and bacon to chocolate chip pancakes with everything tasting great. I did feel like I was missing half of my egg order since it stated it came with 2 eggs and questioned it when the server asked if everything was okay.
