Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Joliet

We had a 50% off "verbal coupon" by a manager named "Sam." This coupon was given because our last order took 1+ hours to arrive and many sandwiches were incorrectly made.

We call in our order and no one knows how to process a 50% coupon. They put us on hold for 20+ minutes. We're on hold for so long that another worker in our office calls and asks why I'm on hold for so long. They say they're short staffed and I demand they finally take our credit card info as we had already given our order. The manager then tells me it will be 1-1.5 hours until our food arrives as they are "short staffed." This is THE WORST Jimmy John's that I have ever been to. Unbelievably horrible experience at the Jimmy John's location @ 1108 Houbolt Rd. Joliet, IL, 60431 the driver took over an 1 hour 15 mins to get to me and had no sense of direction or listening skills and should not be a delivery driver when I did get the food I called and the manager Jennifer said she would credit the meal for me up to 10 dollars because of the time and bad service that I received but the following week when I called in to use that credit she stated that there was no credit and she was just offering chips and a drink LOL no sandwich and then when I asked for her name and the corporate number she hung up the phone on me absolutely outrageous and terrible customer service I will never eat Jimmy John's again because of this I will order somewhere else I only gave 1 star because I had to but they...

Freaky fast good sandwiches. Got the Italian, #9 I believe it was. Pepporoni should be added to this sandwich in my opinion. Sadly Jimmy Johns doesn't carry the meat. They also need a toaster oven for people that want hot sandwiches. A pepporoni, salami and cappicola sandwich that has been toasted, melting the mozzarella getting all the little brown flavor bubbles on it and heating up the meat making all the juices come out and drip all over the place....KILLS a cold sandwich.
