Daytime and nighttime worker, Quinton was the overnight worker were amazing at the front desk, but the housekeepers were caught talking about my comment when I called down, and I took a picture of the dried stained blood on my queen bedsheet. Now this was after we walked in and we’re supposed to get room 303, but we walked in me and my kids and it was dirty so we had to go back down with our luggage to get put in room 309 where the bloodstain sheets were where I had to make my own bed, which was fine because I offered to but Right there there was never an offered discount or anything, and I think the problem here is housekeeping. I walked by the housekeepers, and I clearly saw her talking about me after she dropped them off with the other housekeeper, two doors down and walked past, and then I made sure when I put the sheets out my door that the bloodstain sheet was sticking right out where she could see it, and I also took a picture. This is incredibly disgusting how a housekeeper can make a bed and clearly see this bloodstain right on top of the sheet and then continue to make the bed with the overlapping quill is absolutely disgusting . There weren’t bags in the trashcan or recycling and I wrapped all of our garbage up for her etc. but everything else was nice. They did give us free drinks for my kids and me from the cooler for having our room not ready and dirty but regardless, I will never stay here again, because of bloodstain sheets and stains on the under mattress cover as well , but the two front desk workers were great The other problem was in the morning for breakfast when my son drank a chocolate milk and it was sour and when I checked it, it was expired from 1223 and the other three milks were from 1228 and we checked it on December 31 at 5 PM. gross!!

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to and it was all 100% service. I think the people who run this forgot they are in the hospitality industry. We had a double room with 4 people and we were only provided 2 towels throughout our stay. When we asked for more towels we did not receive any. Pool area also had no towels. On 2nd night we walked into a dark lobby that was “closed” for “deep cleaning at 9:30.” We eventually persuaded them to open it back up for us and they flat out lied about the cleaning, nobody was there to clean at 9:30. Our room had a broken bathroom lock, broken microwave, and one of the rooms of a teammate had a whole main door that didn’t lock at all. Management does not care and was incredibly rude to everyone. Poor reflection on Marriott and the leadership at this location needs addressed ASAP.

This is a clean, nice hotel to stop for the night. Close to the highway which was very convenient for our trip. Staff super friendly and accommodating. This hotel included breakfast which it was pretty standard and nice to have. Bedrooms are small and don’t provide a couch to seat. There was a something that got our attention which was this metal thing that holds the mattress in place I guess, and it is pretty out my husband trip on it and it was painful, thankfully he was ok but could have been worse. I will recommend to watch out for it, and to the hotel management to make sure this hazard doesn’t become a liability. We didn’t mentioned it at all as it will probably may or not cause a bruise on my husband foot.

Worst Fairfield ever. I stayed for 3 nights in October 2023. Good things first: bed was comfortable, location was good. But when I tried to take a shower the first morning the water pressure was so low it dribbled out of the shower head and even turned all the way to all hot water it was barely room temperature. I went down to the front desk and they said the engineer would be there in 20 minutes. I had an appointment so I had to just wash up with a room temperature washcloth. Second morning there was water pressure but still barely room temperature water. So I just took a very fast shower while shivering. I was thinking about changing hotels but I thought I could get through 1 more mediocre shower the next day and then my trip was over. But they saved the worst for last. For my third morning shower there was ABSOLUTELY NO HOT OR EVEN WARM WATER. It was absolutely cold as ice. I tried to call down to the front desk with my room phone but it didn't work. No dial tone, nothing. I had to use my own phone. They said the hotel had hot water heater problems (no kidding!!) that affected some of the rooms. I asked if they had any other room that I could use for a shower and he said no. They were fully booked. So they knowingly rented me a room for 3 nights knowing I wouldn't be able to take a simple hot shower. He offered me a discount of $30 or 1500 Marriott points. I guess they put a value of a hot shower at $10 per day. Unbelievable. I have been a Marriott fan for a long time mostly because I know there will be a decent bed and a decent shower. Marriott should be ashamed of itself for putting their name on this hotel. I have had better experiences in cheap mom and pop motels. I will never ever stay at this Fairfield again.Worst Fairfield ever. I stayed for 3 nights in October 2023. Good things first: bed was comfortable, location was good.
