I understand that when you’re going through a drive through fast food place, or even walking in to said fast food place that you might occasionally get the wrong thing or something might get left out etc, that’s one thing. But when the customer is right in front of you telling you what they want and you still get it wrong then that’s just unacceptable. I ordered a BLT, now I know that sounds like a BMT so I’ll let that slide when they tried to give me a bmt instead of a blt. But what I cannot pass is how you messed up my sauce. I asked for chipotle southwest, and what do you give me? Creamy Siracha. The two don’t sound a like. Open your ears, you’re not deaf. And to boot when I was getting my meat I asked for double meat and I got judged by the two ladies behind the counter for it. Your job is to make sandwiches and accept money for them, not to judge your customers choices of food. Overall this experience was very unprofessional and I would advise anyone that wants correct orders and non judgmental staff to go to another location...
Read moreI have never waited 30 minutes in a subway just to get seen but today it happened. They had one lady behind the counter. I asked for two sandwiches. She decided instead of making my second sandwich first she would take the order from the person behind me then make my second sandwich by the time I got home my first sandwich was cold. Then she gave me some bag that broke on my way out so my protein bowl fell everywhere. I urge others to stay away from this location unless you're desperate! Horrible customer service no apologies for the wait mind you there was only one person in line that caused a 30 minute wait and he got one sandwich. The two workers were very confused and possibly new. If that's the case, they should've had someone else...
Read moreThis is literally the worst subway I've been to.. Maybe because it was late, but I stood there for about 3 minutes with no one saying hi or just a sec.. Then proceeded to try to place each little leaf of lettuce down, one tiny row of olives, and the prices are so much higher than they used to be! $12 for a sandwich with barely any meat or toppings, it's basically a loaf of bread. You can go get way better dinner for less than 12 bucks just about anywhere.
If you really like subway for some reason don't bother with this one, maybe the one in shorewood or the one on...
