I placed an order for a custom cake. I showed the baker an image of what I wanted and she agreed and said she could do it (a TWO-story cake with lettering on it.) Of course, I did not expect it to be exactly like the image but instead what I received was what seemed to be a pre-made cake you could purchase from Walmart (not a two story cake, but a flat cake 1-story cake) When I showed proof of texting an image of what I wanted and explaining to her in person the baker denied everything and handled the situation very rudely. She tried to convince me that what she made is what I ordered. I was not offered a refund but instead after i explained her mistake over and over for about 20 minutes, i was offered another cake. To my surprise it was the same exact cake but without lettering. If you’re looking for a custom cake I would not recommend this location.

NOTE FOR BUSINESS I have since filed a report to BBB for forcing a low-income community to pay a minimum of $10 purchase on debit cards. What you are doing is wrong and will be addressed

Hours of operation are fantastic! No matter what your day looks like, you can still stop by and get your baked goods. The ladies in the morning are energetic and friendly. Their service is fast. They sell Avena, chamourrado, and coffee by the cup. Untill supplies of the day last. The Avena is okay. The champurrado is delicious. The coffee is good. The bread is baked daily. I wish they had more options with filling. Their cakes are okay. They also sell tamales, and the best part is the guajolotas. They charge extra to put the tamal in the bolillo, so be prepared to pay or do it yourself (not difficult at all) if you want to save $. They sell torta while suplies last too. The tortas are nice and warm for breakfast. They have a shelf with chicharrones and spices. I love their chiles asados. A bag lasts me two months. You can use them to cook or eat them a mordida with your favorite dish. The parking lot is odd and tricky to park for...

TERRIBLE customer service the worker, we came in asking questions about a cake we wanted & before we even finished the sentence she cut us off said they couldn’t make it. We asked if she could call just to see what’s the earliest and she said I don’t know I don’t have contact with the owners or the baker. So rude. The pastries are good but the cake we got is subpar, they said they used fresh fruit for the filling and it was most definitely a strawberry like jelly it did not taste fresh I’ve had fresh before that...
