I'm not impressed at all. Reminds me of a school house slop line. All I wanted was a simple quessadilla with steak with Fajita style vegetables and cheese. All ingredients they sell and serve right there in front of the servers and me ! Right out of the gate I got, we can't do that. That is an online. Exclusive and pointed to quesadilla Press 20ft from him. He said you have to download an app to get that. (REALLY Every restaurant in the world lets you add something to something and has a charge for it) So I downloaded the app. And then the app won't let me buy it. It thinks fajita vegetables are protein when did that happen, and you can't buy 2 proteins on the app. So I proceeded to leave the store and go to another restaurant . And told myself no, I'm not doing that. I come here to get what I'm gonna get, and I'm gonna get it. So I found the manager told him what I wanted and he said we don't sell it like that. I told him I'm willing to pay the extra money for what I'm asking for. I didn't understand why I couldn't get it. I told him to put all of the ingredients in the separate little containers and charge me for each individual thing that I'm asking for, and I will make it myself! I was trying to be difficult and all! eventually, the manager agreed to make me the quesadilla. The manager also stated that he had told 30 other people that day, at least, had come in asking for the exact same thing because they saw it on tick tock and turned those customers away. I may not be the smartest guy, but turning customers away for not selling something that's right in front of you. Come on, Really put it on the menu, and make some money! In the end, The food...
Read moreI was excited to try Chipotle restaurant, though the prices were high, and the entrees we're limited to salads and choose your own toppings for burritos, it was still new to me. Well, it got old real fast. My mom, recently widowed, designed a pork burrito, I got grilled chicken. With all the steaming pots making ear irritating racket, you'd think our food would at least be warm. It wasn't. Slightly warmish beans and rice with cold, wet chicken that was unpleasantly chewy, but the peppery hottness gave it a kick, but in all, after the cold pico and lettuce were added, the burrito was lukewarm. My mom's was also lukewarm and she had added heat from melted cheese. They sell bags barely filled with nice chips, but only hot red sauce for the salsa, or more pico in a cup. The concept is okay, but cold burritos are not. I'm sure the salads, which most people want cold, would be great if they offered more vegetables. Sadly, in Jonesboro, our mediocre Mexican restaurants make 50 times more tasty burritos and usually piping hot. I feel sorry for the staff, because they are trying very hard, it looks, but the dull flavor, low quality, and lack of choices is going to...
Read moreI have no words for how disappointed I am after that experience. The woman that was at the beginning of the line scooping proteins was great. However, once you move down the line, the next woman had no clue what she was doing. She way overloaded my boyfriends burrito with sour cream to the point where she could not roll it and made a complete mess. She continued to roll the burrito with the aluminum foil and got the sour cream and sauce all over the outside of the wrapped burrito. She started our order with the sauces from the previous burrito all over her gloves. She kept touching a marker with her gloves, succeeding in getting the mess everywhere. Her shirt was half way up her back. I actually asked to have my burrito wrapped twice because she didn’t wrap my entire burrito with the foil. I still ended up with a half wrapped burrito with the insides falling all over the place. Nearly impossible to eat. While I was waiting to pay there was a female manager with a dark, short ponytail eating chips barehanded out of a chip container. Maybe if she was focused on training, I would have a...
