Gina's Place — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Ordered a Burger, Tater tots, and a salad to go. paid and put money in the tip jar. My friend after me orders a burger and onion rings. After I order and my friend was ordering, I was told it would be 10 minutes. I said OK. After about 15 minutes the lady came out and told me they were out of tots. I did not want anything else, so I asked for a refund. 15 minutes later I get my money back for the tots, but still no burger. Later, I see the staff cleaning tablets , and after I see people who ordered burgers after us getting burgers I ask why people who ordered after us were getting burgers before us. This is about 35-40 minutes after we ordered. Turns out they held up both our orders and gave our burgers to people after us because they "did not have tater tots", even though I was refunded for the tots. About 10 minutes later the lady comes out and hands us our money back and say "I'm sorry" and goes back behind the counter. I went up to the counter and asked her if that meant we should just go get food somewhere else, and she said they were working on our food. About 5-10 minutes later we FINALLY get our food. First time here, I will give them a 3.5 stars b/c my order was wrong and she offered to fix it. Also, the fries in the picture don't look like the ones they served me. I was not happy I am a big fries person and that can turn me off quick. So they offered me onion rings and I was happy. The next time I will not be ordering fries. I ordered a hamburger, fries and a piece of pie that was $13.02. Overall the food...

This is a hidden gem and I am sure the regulars would like keeping it that way. There is a daily special menu, plus a breakfast and sandwich menu. They handled our group of 20+ with courtesy and quickness. EVERY person was more than satisfied with their food choice, plus the coconut cream pie was to die for. We will definitely becoming back soon, regulars were talking about the meatloaf...
