Shadrachs Coffee — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Always been a Shadrachs fan as the employees have always been nice but my experience the last couple times at the Red Wolf location hasn’t been great. Today I went and got 4 drinks. 3 Shaddy pops and 1 small strawberry smoothie for my 3 year old. Typically I would order a kids smoothie but it just slipped my mind and I accidentally ordered a small. When she took my order and it was time to pay, she didn’t even tell me my total, just took my card and swiped it. Then when we got to the window she handed me the smoothie and I asked if we could get a purple straw for my son as he was in the back seat asking for one. She looked at me like I asked her something she’s never been asked and was quick to tell me “No. Those are for kids cups only.” It’s not the fact that she didn’t give us a purple straw for my son, it was just disappointing that her tone and attitude was the way that it was. edit today I tried the Arkansauce lemonade. If you are not a coffee drinker you can get the lemonades with a shot of Red Bull for that extra energy kick. You can also just get the plain lemonade without any Red Bull. The Arkansauce lemonade is pretty good. I've also tried the Strawberry Blondie and so far that is my favorite! 11/12/22

I really like the Shadrach's businesses here, they are efficient and friendly. If the lines are long, someone will come out and take your order to facilitate the order process. I don't drink coffee that much so I always ask a lot of questions about the drinks and then just end up getting the same thing anyway. They are always patient and friendly when answering questions. I generally love Shadrachs as a company ; I wake up early enough every morning to make sure I stop for a drink. However, as of late I have not had the desire to go. The drinks are thrown together and disgusting lately. The workers seem to have the worst customer service skills and manners. The Red wolf location is most convenient for me because I work next door. If I continue giving my money with Shadrachs , I would never consider the red wolf location again. They’re are the rudest staff ever. No one speaks , smiles, or even makes the drinks correctly.
