Waffle House — Restaurant in Jonesboro

My family and I (2 adults and 1 child) tried to enjoy two of your restaurants in Jonesboro, Arkansas without success. Our first attempt was at the store on Parker road. We walked in and we're completely ignored. No one greeted us. No one said "hey it'll be a few minutes and we'll get you a table" and there were ample tables available, although they were dirty. I understand that there is an amount of patience that needs to be given seeing as most waffle houses are small establishments that get busy, but being completely ignored is not acceptable. There was even another customer in the building who yelled to someone behind the counter that someone needed to clean us off a table. No response. We left. Which leads us to the second restaurant on Red Wolf Blvd. We walked in and again ample seating available but no clean tables. So we sat down at the bar...right in front of all the workers. Never got a hello. Never got anyone to look up. They had time to talk to each other, but obviously not to me or mine. We sat for 10 minutes without a word and then got up and left. 27 mins before we got our drinks. Didn't think water took that long. Food smells good but since I have been sitting 48 mins smelling it. Sad service, I am waiting and hoping I get food by the one hour mark.

This waffle House has a lack or organization. It looks like every one is doing something but no one is getting anything done. Seems to be some conflict between workers as who is in charge and what should be done.

In less than five mins it will be one hour here at that point we will leave.

Do not waste your time there.
