Great service, clean rooms, useful amenities. My go to hotel in Jonesboro. However. God forbid you have to experience a fire alarm. The only reason this isn't 5 star is the fire alarm. The fire alarm far exceeds proper decibel levels in such a confined space. It HURTS. NFPA 72 states a fire alarm can be between 65-120 decibels. Noise levels fall off as the square of the distance, however this is a SMALL ROOM with the fire alarm centrally located. Hearing loss starts to occur at 85 decibels. I can GUARANTEE the fire alarms at this location are causing harm to residents. I dare not take my hands off my ears it's SO painful. I work in factories all around the US. I'm accustomed to loud environments. I'm no sissy to loud noises. The alarm has been triggered twice this week and it is excruciating in such a small space. I would hate to try to communicate calmly with children when such a loud and painful alarm is blaring. This is absolutely unnecessary. The hospital's fire alarm in Jonesboro is much much quieter and reasonable, and it's a HOSPITAL! This needs to be inspected and addressed.

This is a fairly new hotel and I’ve stayed here twice so far. Each time, I’ve been satisfied with the room. We had no problem checking in on the first stay, but they were close to booked and we had to wait a bit to check in the second time around. The free breakfast is decent, but they seem to struggle with keeping things in stock. People were often waiting for the hot items to be stocked up. On one morning, the bagel, sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches were cold in the center. I noticed that mostly every guest threw them in the trash (which was unfortunate because they would have been good if properly heated). The hotel’s location is perfect with easy access to a bunch of restaurants, shopping and A-State. Overall this is a solid choice and I’ll continue to stay here whenever I’m in the Jonesboro area.

Good price. Perfect location just off hiway. Newly built <1 year. Modern touches. Fitness center, outside pool (heater not working), very nice outdoor barbq pit, tables, firepit. 2 bed queen suite was perfect. I like the new shower xtub. Very nice interior modern finishes. Recommended. NOTE: Need better training for staff in properly recognizing lifetime Marriott members upon arrival. Did not offer complimentary upgrade, if available among others. This is true for most Marriott properties these days.

I would like to start off by saying that this was one of the best hotel stays that I’ve been in for quite a while. From the moment we checked in we were introduced with Crystal and she did an amazing job. She really made it feel like home and gave us a great experience. Your experience starts the moment you walk into the property and it felt just like home. Qumarria who worked overnight, She was a wonderful woman. She greeted everyone as we came in and even had conversations just long enough for us to be able to enjoy our time. It was a great refresher to meet Mr. Deandre, seeing him in the morning time was also wonderful as well. He was very professional very well spoken, and even when we used our own hotels verbiage, he asked questions in order for himself to understand which I really did appreciate. It’s great seeing everyone from other hotels and see how they operate coming from Ritz-Carlton property. This residence inn was a very great experience, and I highly recommended to anyone in future stays. Not to mention a wonderful GM Ms. Jessica Nash that we met that first morning. She was fantastic our first morning at breakfast she came and introduced herself and other guest told her how wonderful their check in experience was. She asked everyone how their morning was and for us to have just been sitting there eating breakfast, this really gave us a great feeling. It truly gave us an at home touch and made it very personable. This is an excellent property and I hope everyone here enjoys doing what they do because y’all make the lives of others better. even while I was here seeing my family I really felt like I had a personal connection with everyone here. Definitely will be a top choice for us next time we visit and I hope to see you all next year. thank you for the wonderful experience and the memorable moments. I will always cherish this place. This was truly a Ritz-Carlton...

We had a one night stay here while traveling. The room/ suite was awesome. Very spacious and had everything you’d need to make a meal if needed. We loved that the TVs had smart platforms built in. We streamed all our favorite apps. The beds were comfy and the front desk attendant was new, but very friendly and helpful. The location was good and we walked next door to the Japanese restaurant for dinner.

Negatives: the bedroom/ bathroom area smelled of cigarette smoke ( 209 I believe). I have very sensitive sinuses and asthma. It got better after I closed the bathroom door, but it was obvious someone had been smoking. Our bedroom TV would not come on/ was frozen. This required a maintenance man, but he was quick and efficient in fixing the issue.

My biggest issue is that I left 2 pillows there on the bed ( dark purple/ brownish pillow cases). I have a really bad neck and take my own pillows anytime I travel. I realized in the car to our condo that I had left them. I called to go back and get them on our way back through, but they were not turned in by housekeeping. I know with 100% certainty that they were left there. It was super disappointing to think they were just thrown away as trash. No matter what a guest leaves behind, it should be kept for a small period of time or the guest contacted to ask if they want the items. Certainly, nothing should be discarded by...

I had a confirmed reservation for 2 nights made approximately 2 months before my trip and drove to Jonesboro and found out the hotel manager had cancelled my reservation without giving me any notice because she could rent my room for a higher rate. She said she had cancelled some other people as well as a type of consolation comment, which made this situation even worse. She offered no assistance finding another room. She tried to blame it on the computer “overbooking” the hotel but before my irate discussion with her ended she said she had 2 empty rooms and I could have one for more than double my confirmed rate. I’ve traveled for 50 years and have never had such a situation. Because I was staying there, and was the first to book, I had other friends staying there for a 50 year reunion. I will never stay at this hotel again and highly recommend that you do not either. Highly unethical. And I’m even a Marriott BonVoy Platium traveler. The Manager did not even have the curiosity of calling me and telling me she had cancelled my confirmed reservation and I now know that she cancelled it two days before my trip. She did not employ the Marriott “Walk” policy which requires her to find me another comparable room in town if she cannot accommodate my confirmed...
